Dr Patel is the best dentist I’ve every had! I felt very comfortable with Dr Patel. He did the best job numbing my mouth, I couldn’t even feel the numbing shots. I had a very long procedure, Dr Patel was very caring, he kept checking with me making sure I was doing OK.
My dental assistant (sorry I forget her name) was very knowledgeable and put me at ease. It was my best dental experience!

Dr. Patel is the consummate professional. My procedure was pain free, and he explained everything to me. His staff were friendly & helpful. Appointments are on time & the treatment rooms are spotless & hygienic. Couldn’t be happier with my experience. Great dentist & his confidence & demeanor puts you immediately at ease.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Was on hold and never had my call returned. The front desk when I came in appeared to be gossip girls. Not sure what was wrong with my provider that day but not friendly at all. Seems like a place that cares about money not service. Never again. If you value your time and self respect don’t come here!

Great experience identified some issues which most of my insurance will cover. Folks there were friendly snd welcoming. I will see the same dentist next time. They don’t shift around where one time you see one dentist and then the next time you see someone else I am definitely going back and will keep this office for all my dental needs. I really like these folks

As a cancer patient, I cannot get X-rays of my teeth. I explained my health status before coming to appt. I was told once in the dentist chair today that the dentist would not have the dental hygienist clean my teeth without X-rays. In my opinion, it’s due to beefing up the bill with X-rays. They did not care to perform simple routine teeth cleaning unless I got X-rays. The X-rays would be performed on my exact area of my past cancer. I have been in remission for over two years and explained I did not want to risk exposure to radiation. I had previous X-rays from my NJ dentist transferred but we’re older. They would not accept even though I would sign a waiver for teeth cleaning without any X-rays. I have just become a recent Florida resident was very upset for the lack of sympathy for my situation. They have lost my business along with my wife & entire family due to putting profits ahead of the care of patients. My NJ dentist always cleaned my teeth without taking X-rays knowing my past cancer treatments. Shame on this dental practice and I will search for a caring dentist for my family!

I used to like this place until they got a new hygienist and new dentist. I went in for my typical 6 month check up. My teeth have always been fine - healthy. The NEW hygienist after barely looking at my teeth said I needed a "Deep Cleaning" and that insurance companies don't typically cover this so I would have to pay for it outright. It was going to be over $200.00. Then the NEW dentist looked in my mouth for about 5 seconds (not exaggerating) and said I needed FIVE crowns! I said WHY? In broken English, he said "esthetics". I laughed and said "well I'll think about that". Then the hygienist came back to me and asked if I would like the deep cleaning done? I said I will just do the regular cleaning today - as scheduled - and will consider the deep cleaning for the next time. At this point I had been in the dental chair for 70 minutes - yep - over an hour! She said she didn't have time to do it and I would have to reschedule! I spent 70 minutes in a dental chair listening to nothing more than a SALES PITCH!
When I called the next day to speak to the manager, she tried to cover up for what happened and then told me the dentist put that I needed 3 crowns - not 5 - which was a complete LIE!
How do I trust a dentist or a dental office which openly LIES? !? !? !
UNACCEPTABLE! I'm DONE!

Good work cleaning my teeth by Leeann my hygienist! She is friendly and willing to explain what I need to maintain my smile! She is a professional, she is pretty, and your office is fortunate to have her in your employ!

Just got back from my cleaning. I’ve been going to this office for 3 years and the new staff and doctor have made it a great experience. The front staff is so friendly and helpful. I will continue to come here as long as I have teeth.

My 1st visit there. Hygienist Lianne did best cleaning ever. Dr. Patel did a great job in reviewing everything that they saw. Couldn’t be more impressed by service there. Can’t forget the front staff. Couldn’t be friendlier and more helpful in explaining billing and in getting my old records transferred. Highly recommend this office.

I had a wonderful experience at my dental visit last week. The front desk was outstanding from confirming my appointment to check out. My hygienist and doctor were amazing as well explained step by step what they were doing and made me feel super comfortable my whole appointment. Highly recommended.

I'm so happy to have found a dentist and team I can trust. The location is fantastic and as soon as I walked in the door I was greeted as family. I was always nervous about my dental care and the Doctors took the time to explain to me how to manage perio and walked me through care. My cleaning was the best I've ever had. I felt right at home and will continue to refer my family and friends. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Nice people but unfortunately due to language barrier with my assistant and especially the doctor I don’t think I’ll be coming back. I spent an hour there today and wasn’t able to understand most of what was said to me and have no idea what my dental plan is moving forward. Very unfortunate.

Maria did my cleaning today and was super nice plus she did a great job. Brianna at the front desk walked me through my treatment plan today also and she was very nice as well. She did an excellent job at helping me out. They both made my experience today very wonderful and I am excited to return.

Excellent environment. Great experience since the first call. Dental hygienist Maria did my cleaning, the best cleaning that I ever had. After that Dr Suarez came to do my exam, very professional, he explain everything to me. Did not push for treatment. I will recommend the Dr and team to my family and friends.
