I love this clinic! Everyone is super nice and gentle, Dr Rachel is the Best! She is always patient and explain everything so well. Definitely always recommend this place

First time coming to this dental practice, and I'm glad I found them! First impressions are very important to me and the staff have won my approval. Everyone I communicated with and worked with me met my expectations.

Honestly i hate going to the dentist, but Dr. Franz and everyone else that works there is amazing. My veneers came out perfectly and love my smile again.

Never have I been to an dental office before that has messed up on correctly running my insurances and getting my correct coverages. I have always used my dental insurance as my primary and always had all my procedures paid for and covered with no issues. Now this is the first office that apparently don't file something correctly and didn't ask that I needed to provide my regular medical insurance as a primary. So I was charged for it out of pocket instead. Won't be coming back to this office anymore. Since who ever was in charge of handling insurances doesn't know how. A damn ripoff. Should have avoided a newly opened office.

Dr. Franz & her dental assistants are amazing and the dental hygienist Joanna is also amazing and does a fanominal job! Make sure to request these two amazing ladies as they are amazing at what they do & The office staff also will also work with your schedule. They are all amazing! I can't speak for the other dentist there. Dr. Franz & Joanna for the home team! See yall in 6 months. Cheers!

This is not a “home town” dental office, it’s a CLINIC! I was in the Dental profession for over 15 years. I have insurance that pays 100% of preventive services so my cleaning, x rays and exam should all be covered under that. Before they started treatment they showed me a proposed treatment plan in which I would pay $129 out of pocket. Normally, a dental office will bill your insurance and you will pay the difference after any network discounts are applied. Insisted on a Panoramic x-ray which is only needed for orthodontic treatment and a full mouth set which is fine, but not both! Also said insurance will only pay for one or the other. They also wanted me to pay $50 up front for oral cancer screening they said insurance doesn’t pay for, that is always included in the exam, no separate charge. I left and will not be back. I probably would not have left a review but the sent me an email welcoming me and asked if I would, Wow! They really care.

I absolutely love DR. FRANZ. SHE IS THE BEST. She got me into Invisalign and I love it. I drive 1.5 hours to go and visit this office. I followed her from Plant City to Lutz and I don’t regret it at all. I know it says 5 stars but 10/10 I recommend!

Good dental care with lots of futuristic equipment. Very cool to see how they use their technology for the good of your oral health. Did a deep clean and my teeth look and feel great.

Amazing, seamless experience! As a first time patient, everything was made so swift and easy to get set up. Also, the technology used to assess your oral health is incredible. Dr. Cooper was very kind and easy to talk to. Would recommend to anyone looking for a great dentist office.

Dr. Franz is gentle and kind. The hygienists both times I have been here have really been great! The first one was thorough and professional and made me feel valued. Today I had Julie and she was experienced and so friendly. She is very likable and made me feel comfortable.

Very friendly staff! Clean office! I unfortunately do not know the name of my hygienist, but she was amazing! She was very personable, and took time to know me and my teeth. I am moving out of state, and I can only hope that I find a new hygienist as good as she is.

Never had a better experience before at a dental office. I was deeply impressed with the technology, but much more with the proffessionalism and rapport towards the patient. Everyone is so kind and friendly you feel like home. They leave you with the feeling like, "when is my next appointment? I want it to be soon! "
Maribel was outstanding very knowledgeable. My husband also had an appointment and shares the same sentiments. His dental hygienist was outstanding as well. The dentist was great, a good listener and proffessional. The girls in the office were very cordial, friendly and helpful
