Dental Care at Quail Hollow, Wesley Chapel FL

Although I am not a great patient when it comes to dental care, I had a wonderful experience with Dr. George and his employers. Everyone was so friendly and very caring.

This place is on a whole other level! I was nervous going in for my first appointment (because it had been so long since i've been to the dentist in general) but everyone in the building welcomed me with open arms! After a few exams and some cleaning, Dr. George and his team found some pretty serious decay, and helped me understand what was happening, and what their plan of action was going to be. It was extremely professional, non-judgmental, and most of all explained in terms that made sense.

The next appointment I had was quite the laundry list, one root canal, two crowns, and a filling. As intimidating as it all sounds on paper, the team at Quail Hollow made me feel like I was in good hands. They explained everything they were gonna do, numbed me up, put Friends on the TV (amazing, I know), and got to work.

Dr. George is phenomenal, no matter what he was doing, he was patient and precise, I never felt any pain at all and he gives a very appreciated heads up when he needs to apply pressure to something.
Dr. George's Assistant, Aury, was just as amazing. She was with me for most of my long appointment, and took great care of me. From conversation to ease my nerves, to answering my many questions about teeth, she was on top of her game!

I would happily recommend Dental Care at Quail Hollow to anybody that needs help tackling dental issues, no matter how long you've been putting it off!

Everyone here from the front desk to the back staff the Dentist and even the insurance girl whom goes over all the pricing are Amazing. So Friendly and professional they take there time there is no rushing they even have TV playing while you are waiting in the room there patients come first that's very clear and as A patient I appreciate that. I work in medical field and I know how demanding it can be this office not only has grace but most importantly patience great job to all of you office is very clean and the Halloween decorations were so cute love this

The office is very clean, the staff are very friendly and they explain the problem in detail.

Dental assistant, clerks and staff are excellent, friendly and professional, place is fairly clean. I’m giving the Dr. Only one star for lack of professionalism and lack of knowledge. Didn’t explained anything didn’t at all, didn’t know about antibiotics, she didn’t even look at the tooth, the dental assistant did a better job than her. The office charged my our insurance for x-rays only.
I left with a prescription for pain that I had to beg for because the Dr. Couldn’t prescribed me anything FOR THE INFECTION, at least for preventing one, I don’t know, she barely look at my teeth! NO antibiotics, NO nothing! Now I have to wait another week for a root canal, probably going to the clinic for antibiotics if the pain and the cavity starts bothering me during the night, I really would have preferred antibiotics more than anything. Do not go in case of emergency unless you are prepared to be treated by the doctor like you are very very disposable napkins.

I enjoyed going to this dental place and its environment is very pleasant. Workers are nice and hardworking.

I have been a patient here for the last 3 years and today had some big work done. I can’t say enough about Dr Jean George and his staff. Very Gentle, Emotionally supportive and of course Extremely friendly. Thank you guys. Looking forward to my next visit

Staff is nice and they do alot more in office than Brightnow, and you don't have to wait long.

The entire staff is friendly, professional and knowledgable. I especially appreciate being seen at my scheduled appointment time.

Was happy at first till a month later they started sending me bills after I already paid over $130 dollars in teeth work and my insurance. Now I got a bill for around $50 and now $16 don’t tell me all paid and good at the appointment then decide to want more money really unprofessional? Then the lady on the phone got really smart and bad attitude once i said I wasn’t gonna pay it. Really disappointed gonna loose a good paying customer over trying to get a couple extra dollars

Dr. Pocola is always lovely to work with, he makes me feel so safe & is genuinely so caring with his patients bringing the whole family here!

Dr Pocola and his staff were wonderful and professional. From the time I stepped in at the reception (who knew my name and I have only been there a couple of times) to the end of my appointment, I was treated with an amazing care, kindness and great communication. I highly recommend this office! My hygienist Bea Pocola also stopped by and said hello and was wonderful in helping me picking the color of my crown. Hands down the most caring and cheerful staff! I just visited this dentist for the 1st time as a new patient, and the staff was phenomenal! The Dr. Was great and very knowledgeable and the hygienist was personable and gentle!
