Dr. Wild and her team are the absolute best. They are respectful of your time, efficient with their work and make the experience very easy. Would highly recommend them.

My wife had a dental emergency just after the holidays. The office got us in directly and the care provides was awesome! I can not say enough about how great the experience was.

I don’t know where to start! First of all, I was super afraid of dentists (had two really bad experiences a couple of years ago that kept me away from dentists). I explained this situation since the day I scheduled my first appointment, and I was treated super nicely! Dr. Caitlin is amazing! She’s always happy, she explained to me all the procedures with details, and was very thoughtful on each of my appointments. Also, had two appointments with Ali! Who is another angel! I can’t complain with the cleaning treatment I had with her, everything perfect from beginning to end! And I can’t finish this review without giving a shoutout to all the ladies of the front desk, and the dentist assistant! All of them are super nice and polite ladies! I went from being panicked to being happy every time I had an appointment there! 150% RECOMMENDED

Another great appointment with Ali and Dr Wild. New up to date equipment; very professional office. They were easy going but did a thorough exam and cleaning. Definitely recommend them.

Dr Wild is amazing. She's funny and very smart and you can tell she knows exactly what she's doing. She makes going to the dentist not as awful as it can be. And also, an all female staff! I love it. I cannot recommend this dentist enough. Best dentist I've ever been to hands down. The hygienists are also extremely knowledgeable and everyone explains everything very thoroughly so you know exactly what's happening. The girl at the front desk is also wonderful. Fabulous customer service, they even gave me a blanket because I was cold.

Was told my insurance wasn’t accepted, but also was told that it was an exam so it should be fine for them to take a look and was given a bill of $180 and not told that I was gonna get charged for the exam until after.if I knew this, I would’ve went to a place that accepted my insurance.

Dr B was great. Very professional and always kept me informed during my visit. I will now return to get the invisalign.

I had not been to the dentist in several years and was apprehensive about going. I got an advertisement in the mail and decided to make an appointment. I am so glad I did as the staff could not have been nicer and the dental exam was not nearly as bad as I feared. I am so glad I chose them and have already scheduled my next appointment. I absolutely will continue to go to Dental Care at Summerfield Crossing for all of my dental care.

Our family chooses this practice as the location, front office, Dr Wild and her staff are all beyond amazing! We love the love for Disney and Ohio State! If you're looking for a wonderful dental practice among the sea of options, this is it.

Factual Statement: I was treated at this office twice where each time I was asked to pay a ridiculous amount for treatment, then afterwards they made a mistake based off of my EOB from Cigna and owed me money for overpayment. They overcharged me up front.

After the first time I told them about the issue. After months they eventually credited my card and paid me the overpayment amount which was multiple hundreds of dollars.

I recently had an appointment on 10/10/23. I asked the staff about the second overpayment and the front office staff was rude to me as if I did something wrong when I asked about the overpayment. Very rude. Dr. Wild is great. But I WILL NOT BE BACK as a customer. I still have not received my overpayment from the second appointment. Do not treat at this office! This post is 100% accurate and I hate to do this but I want others to be informed.
