Dental Crown in an Hour: Naples

Not sure I understand the negative reviews. Miscommunication happens but I’ve been to every office and have always been treated very well. I can see this place costing more than your in network dentist but if not insured, this place is great. I’ve gotten two crowns and other major work here, including a root canal. I have been treated very well by Dr. Mattschei and Rosado. I was referred by my fiancé who has also had good, solid work done. Some time has passed since my work was done and I’ve had no issues. Sometimes dental work can go bad at no fault of the dentist. I wish people would understand that before blaming the doctor. I can honestly say they try their best to contain costs and provide best treatment possible.

My mother always told me if you can’t say something nice about somebody don’t say anything. So I will not say anything!

I got a crown and was told it would cost 1000 dollars. I paid up front and they submitted to my insurance company and kept that money to so a crown at their supposed low cost dental company cost me 1500 dollars. That was more money than my out of network dentist charged.

Biggest ripoff ever. My husband got an estimate to have pins put in to hold bottom dentures. After work started they kept raising the price. After less than six months one of the pins came out and they said it was because of his bone. If the bone wasn’t good, why was it put In To begin with? Said they could fix it for another $850, this is after spending $5000. They refused to give a refund or to put it back in at no cost.

Too open of an area for a dental office. Little separation between patients. My dentist was knowledgeable and efficient.

Last week I conducted my cleaning at Naples Modern Dentistry and with in minutes of sitting there I was diagnosed with periodontist gum disease and numbers for payment were thrown at me. I immediately felt like they were being dishonest and trying to earn more. So I got a second opinion. Turns out that I'm fine and should just clean every 3 or 4 months. Thank you Doc

Dr. Ramirez is the best! I am very scared of dentist and that fear and cost kept me from getting work done. He’s very gentle and efficient. He broke down a plan that would fit my budget and gave me one root canal and a beautiful crown so far! Highly recommend!

I had two crowns done. From the moment I walked in the door until the procedure was done the whole experience was fantastic! Dr Rodion Pinkhasov and his staff went above and beyond to ensure kindness comfort and perfection.

I was a walk in and in lots of pain. The staff made me feel comfortable and assured me that they would be able to fix my issue. After exrays, Doctor Ramirez and assistant (Valerie) sit down with me and explained that my pain was from my 13 and 14 teeth. They would need to place a crown on each. The assistant (Valerie) suggested that I get my deep teeth clean first and then my procedure for the crowns. They explained everything and my two crowns were manufactured in the clinic in an hour. They were beautifully matched by Valerie and Dr. Ramirez did an awesome job with everything. The front office staff was great and always asking if I needed anything. Prices were awesome and explained the billing to me. I would highly recommend Dental Crown in a hour, for all of your needs.

I had gone in for a cleaning that was well over due. I had a cracked tooth that could not be saved which I than found out I needed a crown. The crown was done in an hour. The staff made me feel 100% comfortable and as well as doctor Ramirez. They talked me through everything. Coming from someone who is not a fan of the dentist I would go back everyday just to be in a great environment they provide. My boyfriend actually referred me to doctor Ramirez and he’s a tuff guy to please. I will definitely be going back for my 4 month check up! Thank you for everything!

The staff is very friendly and professional, will definitely visit them ever 6 months for my regular dental cleaning.

I received an excellent cleaning. The price was way to high @ $120. Then tried to sell me antibiotic injections at $50 a tooth and wanted to replace some old fillings by crowning the teeth at a cost of $2,400.00.

The dentist at the Naples location is one of the best I've visited. I'm a former dental assistant so I know the difference between good dental work and inferior.
I had extensive work done, 3 crowns, my own neglect and very old large fillings. The dreaded shots were no problem with the gentle touch of this dentist.
Believe me, I needed multiple shots too.
I was waiting for the catch on price, but it was $799 no extra charges, and crowns delivered same date while you wait. I would recommend this office hands down.

Dr Rodion is the best dentist I ever had. He explained everything to me and had excellent bedside manners. Would recommend him to everyone. And very caring and helped me with the price. Very affordable

I went in for a simple cleaning. They started to up sale from the beginning. Horrible experience. Even after I said "NO" to upsale 5 times. They brought a contract over for thousands. Bad overall.

So disappointed with their salesmanship. They literally are trained by the main doctor to up-sell you no matter your circumstances. I decided a dental implant was the best option after speaking to the dentist and once I was in the chair for the procedure the told me that I also needed a bone graft which was $1,500! I have since looked up bone graft prices around the area and they only cost around $300-$700 dollars. Safe your safe the money and go else where.

First and foremost, Doctor Mattschei and Doctor Steele are amazing dentists who changed my mind about dentistry. They are both kind, gentle and patient with me. They literally put me back in the dentist chair.
Whenever I go to the dentist I feel like I am being abducted by aliens. I can't stand sitting in the chair with a bright light shining in my face with my mouth open for several minutes on end while people hover over me. My heart rate goes up, I start sweating and I can never guarantee I'm not going to get up and punch someone. I haven't punched anyone yet but I want you to get the gist of how I feel inside when I sit in a dentist chair.
Dr. Mattschei and Dr. Steele listen to me and give me time to find my calm place.then they work so gently knowing in my mind, at any moment I could have a panic attack.
Dr Mattschei did my root canal and 1crown. Then I had 10 CROWNS done in IN ONE SITTING by Dr. Steele.
His assistant then put the temporaries in. He was grinding on me for so long and he didn't understand me when I told him I was uncomfortable so I just got up and left. A couple times I made him stop so I could apply chapstick so my lips don't fall off.
In my opinion, all dentist offices should offer dark sunglasses & headphones or tell you to bring them when you make your appointment. Listening to your favorite music or audiobook can really take the edge off of everything. It did for me.
Long story short, I now have a beautiful white healthy smile just like my friends!
I'd also like to send a shout out to Jeremiah who is the ARTIST who creates all of the teeth. WHAT HE DOES, TRULY IS AN ART FORM. He is a young man with mad skills and excellent phone etiquette! I can't wait to get my bottom set!
Dentistry is not cheap. Many people do not have dental insurance and if they do, it is not good insurance. People who are NOT on Medical Assistance or Medicare should be approached differently than people who are. This group of people need to know immediately, that there are fiscal alternatives to having a beautiful healthy smile.
This place has a great dental plan but it was not offered to me until I questioned the prices. They should share this info immediately with their new patients. I heard the receptionist asking a potential new patient to send her pictures of his dental insurance card without explaining why. I think a course in sales (of their specific products) and customer service could really help their bottom line. People don't trust. That is human nature.
You gain trust and confidence when someone is speaking clearly and concisely about the benefits, procedures and options regarding your services, every business would have more customers. Let them know their options the benefits and why.
I would give DCIAH five stars but it never fails that every time I walk in, all of the office staff and dental assistants start speaking Spanish amongst each other.and all of a sudden my PTSD spikes and I am transported back to Miami Kendall E. R. (TRAUMATIC!) BEING BILINGUAL IS A GIFT. BUT THERE IS A TIME AND PLACE FOR IT.
I just want to feel like I'm in America for once. It's not like we are in an Hispanic part of town looking for a cultural experience. My brother lost a job as a police officer (IN TUCSON, AZ) because his Spanish wasn't good enough. IN AMERICA! It got to a point where I felt terrible for Dr. Steele because he kept resorting to Spanglish to try and get his point across to his staff. How can a Dr.be their best self for his patients when there are constant communication barriers? He has got to be STRESSED! In America, on the clock.speak english. I speak Japanese, Spanish and ASL. But never on the clock.unless I had a Japanese, Spanish or deaf client.
People don't want to feel like they're in some Tijuana office.or worse.the airport or hospital where everyone is chatting it up in a foreign language.sad.
I would definitely give DCIAH 5 stars if I felt like I was in America. Maybe a few pics on the wall.not a deal-breaker. GAS WOULD BE A HUGE PLUS TOO.
