The people who work at this place are very friendly, very professional, I have an adult son with special needs and they are the best at making him feel comfortable and safe, I love this place, dental hammocks

I had a fantastic experience with [Ana Paula]! Her attention to detail during my dental cleaning was impressive. The hygienist was not only thorough but also took the time to educate me on proper oral hygiene practices. The atmosphere was comfortable, and their friendly demeanor made the appointment enjoyable. I left feeling refreshed, and my teeth have never felt cleaner. I highly recommend [Ana Paula] for a professional and caring dental hygiene experience.

I drove 45 minutes for nothing. They didn’t verify my insurance beforehand even though I sent it to them to verify and still. Waste of time and gas please make sure you’re in network with them before you go.

The episode was painless Dr Calderon and the assistant were very nice. My only issue is the charge. I think $500 after discount to pull a tooth is a lot. I hope to get a little more discount this time and the next.

Great attention with little to no waiting. Has been a patient for many years and the service has always been consistently great. Highly recommended!

Sad and Poor Job today and also last Visit back on May 22,2023…. Service felt like I / we were on their time.

Last Visit and today I had an appointment at 4PM and was Kept waiting for over an Hour. By the time the Cleaning was done it was 6: 15PM and I had other engagements at 5: 30PM that I had to cancel and reschedule.

Unacceptable…

Today I had the Doctor and two Hygienist attending to me and I was confused…

I’m still disappointed with work that was done back in 2019 that hasn’t been resolved yet.

I have an appointment on Monday December 4,2023 at 5PM. Let’s see how that goes with the Doctor and the Office Manager to resolve a Delivery that was unsatisfactory done.

The worst place, I went in pain and they told me that if I didn't pay the root channel they wouldn't do anything to me. Not even an antibiotic. My insurance says they never checked on them and that they had to do something about the pain. In other words, they are only looking for money, humanity was lost in this clinic. I understand that the insurance does not cover the root canal but they told me that they could clean and put a paste if I gave half the money for the root canal and if not I would be in pain and they didn't touch me. They are the worst.

I had the opportunity to receive care at this clinic and it was impeccable, highly recommended, the staff was very pleasant, attentive and prepared, particularly Carla at the front desk with whose service I was very pleasantly surprised.

Unfortunately it's the wait, I had an appointment for 3 pm, I arrived at around 2: 50 and it was 4 pm and I hadn't been able to get in. I had to leave because I was tired after working, getting up at 3: 30 am to go to the dental appointment. I recommend that users go on their day off from work so that the wait is not so long
