Terrible attention, Mrs. Elizeth, a worker at this place, simply did not attend to my parents because they changed their insurance, this lady says that she only attends to people with the insurance that she gives them and told them that she was not going to attend to them and that was the case, they had to leave the place with a lot of shame. I think that site is outrageous, where supposedly people should be helped regardless of the insurance they have.

Came here to solve an issue for my mother, after my father passed away. Very unprofessional, and rude. The front desk lady was rude and couldn't communicate.
