VERY Dependable. I just needed one china cabinet moved from where I purchased it. Matt quoted a fair price and was able to schedule it perfectly for me. They were quick to point out damage that I missed, but was in the photo when I purchased it. They were very respectful, helpful and professional. I would recommend and would use Dependable Moving Company again.

We have had the pleasure of hiring Matt and his team twice now since we've lived in Florida. His team is efficient, affordable, friendly and professional. We found broken items in boxes during this last move but are certain Matt will address it accordingly. We would still hire and refer Matt and his team. They are by far the best in the area.

My husband and I moved May 31,2023 and your team was absolutely wonderful. They cared about every detail. They were concerned about if I would need storage for items that would not fit in our new apartment. They just cared! My husband has Alzheimer's and when we were ready to start to move the first load to the apartment I had to take them there to get a key. This meant I had to leave Mike at our house which I worried about but off we went. Once we got the key to the apartment the guys could start moving they were so worried about Mike at the house they sent me home to tend my husband. They were concerned about him. I mean genuinely! I have never had such caring movers in my life. I would/will tell people to use this company for all their moves. Wonderful experience!

OK, so you have some very valuable pieces (stemware, art work, bronzes, etc.) and you're concerned that they will get broken or damaged in the move. I was. But... The speed and professionalism of the men who did my move was nothing short of amazing. The packing was pure professional. I don't know that I've ever seen anyone work faster with the know how that these men did. So, given the quality of their work and the competitive pricing of their services, would I recommend them to you? Without hesitating for a nano second, I would.

I originally called at the beginning of December and spoke with Ann and scheduled my move. Unfortunately, I didn't get the apartment I was looking at and had to cancel.

I called again the beginning of January when I found another place to move into. Again, I spoke with Ann and even though the rates had changed, she had honored the original rate she had given me just a few weeks prior.

On the day of my move, Jimmy and Jacob were so understanding, patient, and helpful. They worked with me to make sure that my move went as smooth as possible. When we encountered an issue, (such as my king size bed not fitting through the front door) they were able to problem solve by bring it through the back door. I was very thankful to get my bedroom set back together.

I couldn't have asked for better service! They were knowledgeable, speedy, and friendly.
