Terrible worker at the front desk. My disabled mother, recent shoulder replacement. All she wanted was to fax some papers to Ssi.she said they don't fax, she did not say THERE IS A LIBRARY NEXT DOOR.mother driving round town only to be sent right back to where she started. If you don't want to HELP, STAY HOME. I'm in Alabama.

Dcf is supposed to be here to help people, and all that is happening is we are getting more in debt. As they tell us get your parents to watch your kids and do your jobs.

Don't call the customer service number the 850 one lord if it's near the end of their shift they'll just leave you on hold so they don't have to take the call

We were trying to locate the main office (it has moved from it's previous address. Finding the correct phone number has been difficult, if not impossible. We are now in Gainesville & don't know where to go

Never answers the phone, i’ve only met one nice lady in all the times i’ve been.they are so rude & treat you like you’re stupid, they get mad if you don’t understand things, even though it’s the most complicated website EVER! I can never get through to them.

They literally will do below minimum to help people that are struggling in America that are white. But if you are black, Mexican, or an illegal immigrant they will bend over backwards for them. My girlfriend is struggling and they only gave her a measly 23.00 in food stamps which is a slap in the face.
