8I went to this office to sign my CU Inspection Form like in the www.miamigov/Permits/Inspections section shows (see pic below) and they tell me that must be submitted online… then I went online and the process is more complicated…so more more complicated: the clerk telling me to apply for my CU (again?) not able to understand or listen to me … is like a big LIMBO this process … fingers crossed
RUDE - RUDE KARINA LOPEZ. We called her on the phone for information and she was not friendly and hung up on us. What happens? She is here to help and provide quality service. It seems that their phone system does not work. Extremely hard to get a hold of someone and when you do they at 0 help. Hopefully they change the staff and hire people that actually want to work
Slow department and awful people they treated me so bad. Is this kind of employees what our taxes are going to? Horrendous!
The African American secretary on the second floor DERM Department is the rudest person I have ever seen. She gets angry at questions, why do you hire people like that?
Calling to this office is a real nightmare, never answer the phone. Horrible costumer services.
The DERM Dept and the water and sewer Dept are super slow. They do not treat you nice and aren’t informative. The waist you time whit paying 3 dollars an hr to park. This is redicoulus and offensive. They look like they are not happy at their job. Please change staff. Super unprofessional and don’t know what they are doing! This is torture every time I go.
