Design Neuroscience Center reviews
3The Doctors are amazing but sadly I won’t be coming anymore. It’s always a mission to speak to anyone on the phone or get an appointment. Appointments are 2-3 months out. Even if you need to reschedule or if they need to cancel your appointment due to the doctor being out they will give you another appointment 2-3 months out. I have been waiting for an appointment since last December so 11 months. Finally the day of my appointment is here and I call in the morning and was told I can come earlier. Appt was for 10: 30am and they said I can come at 9: 30am or 10am. This was good since I work so I rushed and came in at 10am…big mistake. No parking whatsoever and I asked if it will take long since I have work they said no but I was waiting in the waiting room until 11: 40AM when I was finally called in. Why even tell me to come sooner? I could have stayed clocked in at work and came later. They have no consideration. And they make you pay BEFORE being seen so you can’t even leave if it’s taking too long. I was there in total from 10AM until 12: 40PM which is crazy. I only feel bad for complaining because of how great Dr. Oliu is (he explained all my treatment options and even vitamins I should be taking and was very informative and patient) but the way they overbook patients is unacceptable. I know this is not the Physicians faults. They should have better communication with the patients and not overbook so that our time can actually be respected. I usually leave work for an hour or 2 for an appointment not over 3 hours out of work…it’s ridiculous and a huge waste of time they kept saying the Doctor will be out soon but I waited an hour and 40 min in a waiting room for an appointment that I was told I can come in 30 min before to…
Dr. Nedd's insight is miles ahead of some of the world class neurologists I've seen over the last 3 years. Solved a huge problem that was a mystery for nearly 2 years.
The doctor is a cool person but at the same time aloof. You can grow roots in the ground waiting to be seen. It has already happened more than once that when I’m finally escorted into a room, I’ll be waiting for an extra half hour (on top of the three hours being here) while listening to him and his team have a fun conversation. The only reason I haven’t left yet is to continue my prescription without interruption. It can be frustrating.
