A few weeks ago I was visiting Orlando with my husband and I also have a lot of friends here.

I went to the Florida mall and passed by DE, and saw a pair of frames that I liked.

I didn’t want to go in there due to their terrible 2010 version of a cool layout. What’s up with the all white and glossy interior... Looks like a spotlight on your customers it’s ridiculously tacky, and uninviting. I would suggest warmer tones paired with textures in your next layout this is 2021 we relate to something seemingly real.

The only reason I’m giving this place a 5 stars is because I came across such a pleasant kind and beautiful woman named Sabhia? Please forgive me if I spelled your name wrong.

She is the only reason I even entered the store! Her illuminating smile at the front of the store was so warm and inviting.

At first this man approached me I think Francis? I was not a fan at all. His selling style was so odd he was pretending to be “chill” but he just came across cold, and almost like he wanted to make sure he got the sale.

Sabiha was not pushy at all, she was so honest and endearing. Unfortunately I didn’t get to buy anything because there was a situation I had to get back to, but I told all my friends if you’re in the market for a new pair go to the sweet pretty woman with the elegant headscarf.

And guess what a friend of mine actually bought a pair from her! I told everyone I know in Orlando about her, so they can pass on the news to others as well.

In places like this where you can obviously tell they work off of commission its rare to find a seller that is so honest and helpful.

Compre hoy unas gafas de sol en este lugar por $420 dólares y al salir de la tienda vi las mismas gafas de sol por $170 dólares, me parece una falta de respeto la diferencia de precio y más aún las políticas de la empresa de no hacer reembolsos. Estoy en total desacuerdo con eso de no devolverme el dinero y por querer cobrarle a los clientes una cantidad excesiva. Nunca más comprare en este lugar. Me siento robada y no puedo hacer nada porque se han quedado con mi dinero.

Today I bought some sunglasses in this place for $ 420 dollars and when I left the store I saw the same sunglasses for $ 170 dollars, I find the difference in price disrespectful and even more so the company policies of not doing refunds. I totally disagree with not paying me back and wanting to charge clients an excessive amount. I will never buy in this place again. I feel robbed and I can't do anything because they have taken my money.
