2I just love Mrs Carolyn she is so sweet. It’s always a long wait on items but you can’t be mean to someone so sweet plus I know if she could go personally and grab our orders she would. But this place has everything from socks to hats even flashlight.
So, I usually never leave reviews (especially bad ones) but I have to say I was very disappointed with this store’s customer service in my visit 2 to 3 days ago. When I walked in the store there was an elderly lady was sitting at the front on her phone and she didn’t even greet me. I spent around 10 minutes browsing and didn’t get any assistance at all. It didn’t seem professional to pay more attention to her phone than the only customer in the store. Definitely not coming back here. Save your time and do the same.
