My son sent an arrangement for my birthday. It is absolutely beautiful. I foster kittens/cats and the arrangement was a cat. They did a terrific job. The cat is made from white carnations and there are colorful flowers around the sides plus a balloon. This will be my go-to florist from now on. Also, the delivery person called in the morn to make sure someone was home to receive it. He would not leave out in the heat to get ruined if no one was home.

My wonderful family sent me my favorite Casablanca lilies for Christmas but unfortunately what was delivered was a mess. Very haphazardly thrown together and the lilies were very old. Many won't even open. I will be calling the shop tomorrow and we will see what happens!

These were delivered for my mom's 89th birthday. Absolutely beautiful. Great job. They are fresh and smell great. They were sent by my son from NY. Best delivery ever. Thank you

My son in Arkansas ordered Birthday flowers from 1-800- Flowers to be delivered to me in Wellington. This florist was chosen to fill the order and they are 13 miles from delivery location. My flowers were awful. They were wilted and had brown spots on the roses as if they had been in a vehicle to long. This is not 1-800- flowers issue. It is the responsibility of a business owner/manager to make a decision to not take an order and let their Sub- contractor know they were not in reasonable distance to deliver quality product.
Unfortunately I did not take photos, I am not looking for a replacement. My birthday has come and gone. I just want the Owners/Manger to think twice and pay attention to distance when it comes to delivering in Florida heat.

Terrible Florist. Half the flowers arrived dead and within 2 days they are all dead. They DO NOT answer their phone so I cannot get a refund. Will never use again!

I have been trying to call this florist for 3 days no answer only tells you to leave a message then the phone hangs up on you. I receive flowers on Friday and on Sunday they died. I have tried to call even sent a text to the number nothing. Very unhappy will tell my company to not use them anymore. Order # 00495445. This is suppose to be a special occasion. I have followers on my table soon to be 2 weeks and still beautiful.

I received some sympathy flowers on Friday, October 14 and buy today, half of the flowers are dead. Definitely the worst flower arrangement I've ever gotten. I tried to get a hold of them before they closed today to file a complaint, No one answered the phone and when it goes to voicemail, I got cut off. I would post pictures, but I guess that's not allowed. There are much better florists around.

I had the pleasure of receiving these flowers while recovering from surgery. I had the pleasure of speaking with someone from customer service and they handled the situation perfectly. I would recommend this business over and over again!

I received a flower arrangement on Tuesday morning that sat outside our office overnight, the lilies were mostly wilted and lifeless, it took a day and half to reach the florist because their phones kept disconnecting, they had me take a picture and they would send me a new one, that one came today Thursday and it was much smaller than the original one and had no roses which the picture showed and the original one had some. A client sent me this because I just suddenly lost my sister, I am calling the client because I will not allow them to pay for this, it is already a very sad time for me and to have to deal with this is unacceptable.the first picture is the 1 arrangement and the 2nd is the new one, it is much smaller and no roses as the picture the client picked was not what they sent. I do not want anymore dead flowers, just give the client their money back.

Flower has MOLD! The other flowers arrived wilted. Stay away from this company. Waste of money. Mold on your flowers, really?

My friend spent $250 of a floral arrangement for my wife.came in half DEAD.called three times no answer. STAY AWAY FROM THIS JUNKYARD OF FLORIST. THERE IS REASON THEY GOT 3.7 STARS.
ON THE GOOD NOTE. THET DO DELIVER DEAD FLOWERS.
AND THE BEST THE DELIVERY. THEY JUST LEFT THEM ON THE FLOOR BY THE DOOR. BOCA DELIVERY COVENTRY CT FOR THE RECORD

Late, late, late. Ordered 2 days ago locally. Flowers arrived 2 hrs late. No customer service on the phone. Never again. $85.00

My order was left at my door n wasn't discovered til hrs later. The pink roses had withered n petals were fallen off.if someone would have knocked it woukd have been a gorgeous display. So sad for my bday flowers.

I received a flower arrangement on Friday for Mother’s Day and it was half dead. NONE of the 4-5 roses opened and I removed abt 3 dead lillies! I called several times and no one answered the shop. Also emailed on Monday and have yet to hear back from anyone. SHAME on this florist for taking peoples money for shoddy arrangements. 1-800 -flowers needs to know abt them!

My girl loved the arrangement of flowers sent by them. The next time they sent flowers that she thought wasn't as nice. I told them and they immediately sent an amazing arrangement of flowers that was jaw dropping. They went out of their way to WOW her and she absolutely loved them. Ordered flowers for mother-in-law for Mothers Day through 800-Flowers. They sourced it out to Guzzardos. Spent a lot of money on a specialty vase and an XL Bouquet. The vase was a junk plain glass vase and flowers were not what I ordered and was a med bouquet at best. I bought a bouquet from Costco for my mom that was half as much $ and 3 times as many flowers. Will find and call florist directly in future since you have no control over where 800-flowers sends your order.

My wife received, (order number 00478890), a Mother’s Day flowers from her son and sad to say it was a horrible mess. Dead roses, broken stems shoved into a to small vase. My wife called and spoke to someone on Saturday who advised that she send pictures of the display and someone would be in touch on Monday. Monday came and went and no call back as promised. We would give a zero star review if available but it is not available. Do yourself a favor and shop elsewhere. They have no quality to their products or customer care.
