Chef Jay prepare a delicious and beautiful meal for our family party. The jerk chicken, mac and cheese, corn bread, and bread pudding were fantastic! Highly recommend!

I recently had the pleasure of hiring Chef Jay as my personal chef (6 months), and I must say, it has been an incredible experience. From the moment I contacted him, he was professional, attentive, and accommodating to my dietary preferences and restrictions.

If I could rate higher than 5 stars, I would. The food was phenomenal and the service was impeccable. Chef Jay and his staff far exceeded any expectation we had for our private, catered event for a friend’s 50th birthday party. Everything was absolutely perfect which made the event even more special. Chef Jay was absolutely amazing! I called like 3 weeks in advance, and told him I was having a bachelor party and he came through and delivered. My Friends are still talking about the amazing food they had.

Celebrate my birthday and my cousin birthday and Miami and we had the pleasure of having chef jay fisher cheffing it up for us. The food and company was amazing.

I really enjoyed my birthday dinner, everything that chef Jay prepared was amazing. Shrimp, Lamb Chops, Oxtail with mashed potatoes, rice & peas were all cooked to perfection and very delicious. For dessert we had a cheese cake empanadas it was very tasty, I was pleased with everything and would definitely hire chef again and again and again I give him 10 stars for presentation, 10 stars for creativity, 10 stars for perfection, 10 stars for deliciousness and 10 stars for being a very talented chef

We can't say enough about Chef Jay. He is a beautiful and talented person. We had an amazing experience. He made us feel as though we were in good hands prior to the event, as well as throughout. He answers his phone and his messages promptly. He has passion for what he does and it shows not only in his food, but in his vibrant and warm personality. We would have a tough time deciding whether he should be a guest at our next event, or our Chef. Maybe he will consider both. Recommend highly!

I met Chef Jay at a business expo in Boca Raton about a year ago. He was handing out small samples of his cooking. What I had was delicious, so I took his card. I had a guest coming in from Jamaica and I wanted to host two lunches in his honor, but I didn’t want deli or some typical local catering. It was then that I found Jay’s card and I just knew this was going to be the solution. Our events were on a Friday and a Saturday for lunch, about 20 people each day. The food included, BBQ Shrimp, Ackee and Snapper, Filet Mignon, Jerk Chicken, and many delicious sides. The guests on Day 1 were all friends from the Caribbean and on Day 2 a group of much older people from my community that were tasting some of what was prepared for the very first time. In both cases I received more than positive feedback on the food that Chef Jay prepared. I highly recommend him and I’m actively looking for a reason to use him again sooner than later.

Chef Jay and Omar are amazing! They go out of their way to make sure you are happy. We hired Chef Jay for brunch and a cocktail lunch and he went above and beyond. Not only is the food amazing but he creates beautiful displays. I am so happy with how everything went. If ordering brunch, be sure to order the waffles- they were a hit!

Chef rolled out the princess treatment for me on my birthday and my friends. His entertainment was top tier & the food was beyond delicious. He was very responsive to any questions or concerns and he was on time to keep the party going. He made it extra special by adding his own twist! I will be using his services again when in fl.

Chef jay was a amazing host food was soooooooooo delicious tasted and looked good everyone couldn’t stop talking about the food u know the food is so good when everyone eating quietly, chef did his thing there’s nothing we didn’t like such a amazing person definitely booking with him again and again he ain’t going no where! Chef Jay catered a brunch for my family and it was an amazing experience! Our birthday getaway was super special thanks to Chef Jay. We had no idea what to expect but he exceeded our expectations by far! Everything was on point - delicious food, elegant presentation, impeccable service, awesome personality!
