Destin Dreamers, Miramar Beach FL

We had a pleasure of staying at Summer Sunset in the month of November. First of all, location, location and location! The house sits right on the beach! Easy access to all the fun! If you are traveling with children its a must! There was enough toys and surfing boards to keep kids occupied. Also, every morning we had beach chairs and umbrellas that were provided on the beach for us. In the evening we had a wonderful time in house pool. If you are traveling in the fall months we suggest to take a pool heating option. It was a life saver for us. We were able to enjoy the pool in the evenings. We had plenty of beach towels. Thank you Destin Dreamers for recommending this for us. The house it self is very clean with all needed amenities and necessary appliances in the kitchen. We were able to find everything accommodating for our family reunion. When we had couple of questions about the property, it was eagerly addressed by the customer service of Destin Dreamers. We will definitely book with Destin Dreamers again and will be coming back to this property.

16 Sunsets- We really enjoyed this vacation. The house is gorgeous, location is great, beach access is perfect. The cleanliness of the house was very good. All of our party enjoyed the luxury furnishings, comfortable beds, and private bathrooms. The kitchen is very well stocked. I was delighted that it had 2 refrigerators and a pellet ice machine. The pool was heated nicely. The view is wonderful. We were very fortunate to find this available for our time off and to find Destin Dreamers. They were very dependable and a pleasure to do business with. We look forward to another visit next year.

We stayed at the Mimosa Manor as a 3 family vacation.
The home was clean when we arrived, beautifully decorated, and very spacious. It provided everything we pretty much needed as far as bedding, towels, basic cookware, beach chairs, and umbrella. The community pool is located less than 1000ft from the house as well as the grilling area.
We all enjoyed our stay and the commodities the home provided. My comment would be in regards to the dining room chairs, although absolutely pretty and tying to the decor of the home, they are currently alittle on the wobblier side. I’m unsure if this is more due to wear and tear vs design but I do regret not having paid much attention to a comment on a wobbly chair at the beginning of our stay because the same dining chair later in the stay ended up buckling under my daughter when she scooted back in it. Momentarily caused laughter because we thought the chair slipped beneath her until we realized the chair wood was split as she came down which made us realize she could have been impaled by it. The young lady at Destin Dreamers was really kind and promptly offered to have someone come out and replace the damaged chair which was not needed since we were on the final days of stay but she was attentive and quick to provide a solution if needed.
I would recommend them based on customer service and home commodities.

This property was first class! The pool, beds, linens, appliances, furniture. EVERYTHING was so nice! Plus, it's just a short ride to the beach on the golf cart.and beach access is super easy! Our group loved our accommodations! It was a perfect property for our boys' Sr. Trip.

Our house was fantastic. Beautifully decorated and close to the beach. Nothing but great things to say.

- [ ] Dirty swim trucks around pool, ping pong balls. Solo cups and sunglasses in pool.
- [ ] Ant infestation is particularly bad in kitchen
- [ ] Grill is nasty dirty
- [ ] Sinks back up on both middle floor baths
- [ ] Ceiling fans are dusty dirty
- [ ] Toilet in bunk room downstairs takes a LONG time to fill back up
- [ ] No hooks to dry towels/ bathing suits in entire house and they are listed in information
- [ ] Floors were filthy dirty. No one staying on the 3rd floor had been on the beach but the floors were gritty/sticky. Cleaning fee was too high to walk into a house that was dirty

Magnolia Retreat

The home is beautiful, and the management company easy to communicate with. However, there were many things that happened during our near 2 week stay that should be noted.

After arriving, it was clear that the cleaning company did not do the job that we would have hoped. Dirty dishes in the cabinets, thick dust on several items, smeared mirrors, and worst of all, dirty bedding (as well as as unfinished beds - the flat sheets were tucked neatly underneath the pillows waiting for us to put them on). The management company was very gracious in giving us all new sheets and towels (even though there was just a small amount dirty).

Outside of the cleaning issues, there was no swing in the back, the table on the third floor had several chairs that were broken, the refrigerator was leaking onto the floor. But worst of all there was mold in the washing machine as well as the air vent in the bathroom. Since mold is a health hazard, this was very difficult to overlook.

On the plus side, the golf cart was a lot of fun to use to go to the beach. The beach was literally just four or five minutes away via the golf cart. The back patio was a wonderful place to barbecue. It's covered and has a fan making it cool in the Florida heat. The kitchen and living area were perfect for our large family to gather. The beds were very comfortable with nice sized rooms.

I can't say enough good about the management company. They were always available to us, and tried their best to make good out of the things that were less than.

Destin Dreamers is the best management company we have ever used. I have never left a vacation feeling so spoiled. The staff was so kind. We will hold others to the standard they have set.

Great home. Perfect family getaway for all ages. We loved the backyard and all the bedrooms where very comfortable! Perfect location as well! Would definitely rent again! Loved the goody bag! Thank you Destin Dreamers!

This house is one of the best I have ever stayed in. The beds are so amazing and the property is very clean. If you have any problems the team will take care of you. I would rent summer lane again.

Our family group had 22 people ranging in age from 4 to 75 and everyone had a truly amazing week at The Front Porch with Destin Dreamers. The house decor was a perfect mix of fun, beachy, and stylish. The kids of the group loved the games areas on the 2nd & 3rd floors (including decks!), and we had some fun movie viewing on the 2nd floor deck while lounging on the comfy chairs/couches. The 6-person golf cart was super convenient and fun to take to the beach, and the beach umbrellas in the garage was a pleasant surprise that we put to good use each day at the beach. Working with Destin Dreamers was also a positive experience - there was a minor item missing from the kitchen and they were super responsive in dropping it off to us the same day I contacted them. We highly recommend Destin Dreamers and The Front Porch for a fantastic family getaway.

I was so excited to stay here from just the photos online.but somehow the home was even MORE beautiful in person! Every single detail was immaculate and so thoughtfully put together. I also was blown away with how seamless the whole process of staying here was. We were so taken care of. We’re already planning our next stay!

The house was fabulous. Easily accommodated 26 people. The floor layout was exceptional. We loved the pool floor being so open and equipped with the games. The house is fully stocked with everything you need including tons of pool towels, beach chairs, sand toys, 2 golf carts with a extremely large hot tub and pool. This is by far our favorite home we’ve stayed in at Destin.

My friends, family and I loved our stay at Seas the Day! The property was beautiful, immaculately clean, and just perfect for our stay. The rooms and kitchen were exquisite and the entire property and area suited all of our needs! The Staff at Destin Dreamers was also very attentive and didn't hesitate to ask us if we needed anything. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay! We had so much fun and we didn't have to worry about anything as everything was communicated and provided above and beyond our expectations. We are already planning our next trip back to Destin to stay at Destin Dreamers! Thanks again for everything!

First and foremost, the Aqua Luxe property was immaculately clean and well-maintained, making our stay a comfortable and enjoyable one. The attention to detail in the upkeep of the property was impressive, and we were thoroughly impressed with the level of cleanliness throughout the home.

The property was also well-appointed, with a range of amenities that catered to both kids and adults alike. We particularly enjoyed the great selection of games, which provided endless entertainment during our downtime. The beds were also a standout feature of the property - they were incredibly comfortable, ensuring we got a great night's sleep every night.

One of the major highlights of our stay at Aqua Luxe was its proximity to the beach. We loved being within walking distance of the beach, which meant we could easily spend our days lounging in the sun or taking a dip in the ocean. The property's location also made it easy for us to explore the local area, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby.

Overall, we had an absolutely fantastic stay at Aqua Luxe, and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, well-appointed property that offers easy access to the beach and local amenities.

I would like to give this location a five star review if I can get more I would.i It was my birthday weekend and my first vacation over seven years. It was highly needed and meet all my expectation with my small kids. And a group of my family came in from other locations which was very important there’s nothing like being with family on you special day. This house made us feel so at home it was so beautiful. I cannot explain how happy I was it was I’m very picky and I had no complaints. Looking at this location for the next few trips cause everyone wants to stay here again.

Our stay at Seas the Day was beyond amazing. The house has plenty of room for our large group and is super clean and well cared for. Kids love the bunk rooms and arcade games (us adults did too!). Golf cart is a life saver shuffling everyone to the beach, which is incredibly close. There are tons of amenities from the interactive screen with lots of local information to board games we all enjoyed. Kitchen is fully stocked with everything needed to stay in and cook. Extra refrigerator in the garage came in very handy. The community pool area is also really nice and we loved that the kids could access it safely from the back yard. Lastly, the management company Destin Dreamers was a fantastic host!

Destin Dreamers (DD) is so responsive and accommodating to our every need. Booking was very easy. We decided very last minute to go, due to our kids sports schedules. DD took our booking & accommodated our late arrival with no problem. Not to mention the property was amazing and block away from the beach. The staff was very friendly and responsive! We will definitely use DD again and highly recommend DD if you want a stress free vacation!

We had three families come down from Atlanta for fall break and had an amazing time staying at Magnolia Retreat at the Retreat of Miramar! The home was so well appointed and even had a 6 person golf cart to take to the beach, and only a two minute drive! Ray from Destin Dreamers greeted us with a welcome gift and was so eager to make sure our stay was perfect. It was! I highly recommend staying at Magnolia Retreat, managed by Destin Dreamers. You will have an amazing experience!
