Destination Hope played such a massive part in getting me back on my feet and helping get me on the path of substance abuse and mental health recovery. The therapists, clinical director, program director, and group facilitators were so caring and influential in my process. They were able to challenge me to grow while being compassionate and empathetic. I truly wouldn’t be where I am today without my time spent at DH.

I attended this “recovery” program and came out more sick and traumatized than I started. Run! I had a life threatening allergic reaction to one of the meds, they did not catch it and it almost took my life. The whole process is solely for financial gain. I have reported insurance fraud to my insurance company and they have opened an investigation. The staff is *borderline* abusive, but is *absolutely* neglectful…. Creating a space for the sick to become gravely unwell. My prayers to anyone who has previously survived and lived to tell their story. What a dark dark place….

Destination Hope was a lifesaver for me. Everyone, from the nurses, techs, and clinical staff, cared for my well-being and recovery. Shout out to Lystra, who found a way to help me dig deep and deal with some of the hardest things I’ve faced in my life. I am now in a recovery home and doing well in my recovery. I’ve been to other treatment centers and have never had the experience I had here. If you want recovery and are ready to do the internal work, this is your place. I’m beyond grateful for the love and care they showed me.

Wonderful staff there! They really care about your treatment and are very knowledgeable on the mental health aspect of recovery! Shout out to Geneva, Chelsea, Keanna, Gabe and all the rest of the staff!

Lystra, Caitland, Rob- the supervisor, Rob the Nurse who came in to do groups, Michelle and Sam the case manger were instrumental in my recovery at Destination Hope. The PHP folks through me for a loop by telling one of the other Alumni to block my number -which was super offensive. (I was going to review this place as a 5 stars until this happened-this left a very bad taste in my mouth and why I do not recommend there PHP program). They incinuated that my motives were not pure when in fact I was trying to be of service to this client by introucing him to some solid LGBTQ+ folks in Wilton Manors. Just because two men are gay does not mean they will couple. I feel cheated out of a good freindship. They are very controlling on the PHP team thinking sometimes the worst of people or not giving them the benefit of the doubt. I have lived here since 2019 and was sober almost 9 years before arriving in treatment for a 12 month relapse. The main campus where I recieved 95% of my treatment was outstanding. I highly encourage you to reach out to me on Facebook Messenger as I will provide a thorough explanation on what you can expect.

DH saved my life after going thru there 7 years ago. It was my 1st time in treatment where I learned the steps and the clinical part of my disease. DH changed my life and I wouldn’t still be sober today without them.

I have mixed feelings about destination hope, but i know that my life has changed tremendously after leaving dh.i honestly hated my time there, but i was 22 years old and in early recovery, and people were trying to tell me what to do so obviously i was gonna hate it fast forward about 2 years, i still use a lot of the stuff i learned there (dbt, coping skills, etc) ive been clean for over 1 year now and it took me some time to get there, but the staff is harsh cause they know it’s necessary.dh is pretty cool (s/o gabe who was my therapist during my time there in 2022 hes the realest, 10 stars for gabe)

0/10. Rob is the best tech I’ve ever met and he made my month here tolerable with good humor and solid recovery conversation. Therapists, the admin team and everyone else were awful and have zero regard for patient well being (ironic since the company that owns DH is named Regard Recovery). They lied about their sister facilities IOP program, left me on my own to find a prescriber for psych meds, and couldn’t be bothered to put me in touch with a therapist. If you are looking for a well balanced rehab program, keep looking elsewhere. This place is a cash grab that capitalizes on peoples legitimate need for help and is the perfect personification for the US’s profit driven health care system.

I definitely think they need to hire housekeeping because the place is very filthy especially the rooms your staying in when I first got here. I had to clean the bathtub then pull out the fridge because there was a whole bunch of trash behind it and mold, growing on the floor so I had to sweep behind it, and mop, then I had to pull the bed frames forward and sweep underneath them because there was trash underneath the beds, underneath the nightstands and underneath the dressers and along the bottom baseboards there’s a whole bunch of dust and dirt so I had to wipe them off with disinfectant wipe’s. The worker’s just sit around for the majority only one worker really does his job Leslie is definitely fantastic. I think Singer Island Health is way better. Not saying that 3831 Crystal Lake Dr Deerfield Beach, FL 33064 United States, Is horrible but they definitely don’t care about the place being clean.

I think Singer Island Health is way better they have a fantastic staff and have housekeeping. 3831 Crystal Lake Dr Deerfield Beach, FL 33064 United States, Does not have housekeeping it’s not clean you have to deep clean your room before you can actually unpack and relax.

If I could give negative ZERO stars I would. If you want a loved one to get SERIOUS help, DONT SEND THEM HERE. Stay far away and find a treatment center that actually cares about the people walking through their doors!

If I could give this place a 0 star I would! Some of the techs are great and 1 nurse knew her stuff but other than that, this place is a joke. They constantly got my meds wrong, for starters! They are not for mental health at all, maybe 1 or 2 groups a week that's about it. You never get to see your therapist, once a week for maybe 30 minutes and she gives you an assignment you have to do and go over, never really get into what you are there for. They make up a bunch of diagnosis about you to send to your insurance company so they can keep you there longer. Then if you want to leave before they want you to they try and turn your family against you by telling them horrible lies. I absolutely do not recommend this place if you love someone. There is better places out there!
