We had the best time staying in the condo. The owners were wonderful to work with and very nice. The condo was exceptional clean and tidy. The decor was precious. We enjoyed every moment there. We can’t wait for our return visit this summer.

There are no words to describe how happy we are, but just to say thank you very much for letting us stay in your condo.
We enjoyed every detail of our stay, from the beautiful view to the little candies that you left us on the table.
We took helicopter tours, cruise, and racing cars for our kids, and every day walking on the beach, the restaurants are phenomenal.
The New Year celebration was so beautiful at Harborwalk village.
We hope to be able to return next year. Blessings.
Miguel and Vane.

Absolutely loved the condo, very nice and close to the beach, just walk across the street. Beautiful view from the patio deck for your morning coffee. So many personal touches from the owners including chairs, umbrella and toys for the kiddos. Owners are very responsive and great people.

Collette and Gregg are fantastic hosts who act more like your personal tour guide and family friend. You can tell Collette loves hosting guests and is willing to go out of her way to make sure you have everything you need, no matter how large or small. We are a family of 5 with 3 boys ranging in ages from 5-8. Their condo is in pristine condition and is exceptionally clean. Everything you need is already in the condo- coffee, creamer, paper towels, beach towels, laundry detergent, small floor vacuum, cable tv, beach chairs and toys, umbrellas, etc. As many others have said, Collette likes to get some information about her visitors prior to the trip so she can customize a little list of things to do and places to eat for you and your family.

Some helpful details for the beach:
It’s a super short walk across the street to the public access bridge. Most of the beach is privately owned and they do not allow you to bring your own umbrellas or tents. We were told by the chair rental company this is a new rule they implemented in July of 2020. There is one small public section that can house about 12 tents (2 up front, 6ish rows deep) and we realized it fills up very quickly and becomes very crowded. If you want that spot, arrive at early sunrise and set up. There is also a public lifeguard stand they move in and out each night, so some of those tents will have to move once the lifeguard shows up. Loved having the lifeguard there in case of an emergency with the kids. I recommend renting an umbrella from the private company on the beach and bring your own chairs for half the cost. It’s much easier than lugging a tent and wagon across the sand and you don’t have to fight for front row water access. The chair rental company (which has no relation to the condo) told us if we walk east 100 yards or so that private beach doesn’t have rules against personal tents/umbrellas. You can see the umbrellas change colors so that’s when you know. From what I read renting the umbrella and chairs is pretty much the norm in Destin.

The condo is on the third floor with no elevator. It’s an easy climb even and the room and stairs are right at the parking lot. We found it easiest to leave majority of our beach stuff in our car and grab it each morning on the way to the beach.

You do have a decent view of the water from the balcony. You also have a straight view of the beach access point so you get an idea of when the crowds are showing up. There are a few restaurants and breakfast spots within walking distance. And I believe we easily could have walked inland a bit to Bruster’s Ice Cream. The area seems very safe, even at night when walking on the side walks. We will certainly be back and highly recommend staying here.

This was the cutest condo with the greatest view. Had all the amenities plus a fantastic view! Short walk to the beach, crab trap, camille's. Pool & Hot tub. They provided us everything you would need, just like home! Loved it and so private!
