I called at noon requesting a level 3 exterior detail by the end of the day if possible because we are vacationing in the area. The team moved heaven and earth to fit me in, and took me back and forth to my hotel. They did a great job and my SUV looks fantastic! Thanks DD for all of your effort!

My car is so shiny now! The headlight oxidation has been removed, and the engine compartment looks like new again. All the door jams have been cleaned and the carpets are immaculate! Very professional, courteous, and super convenient as they come to your work! I would definitely recommend.

Dog urine removal. Doug and his crew knocked this one out of the park and we're very satisfied customers! Here's the backstory.
About two weeks ago, we took our two greyhounds for a short drive in our 2017 Chrysler Pacific Minivan because it was just too darn hot to walk. Unfortunately, we stopped to chat with a friend and our boy Mark got so excited he had to take a leak in the back of the van, while we weren't paying attention. Yeahhhhhhhhh.
We got home and parked in the garage with two happy dogs. Sadly, we didn't notice the smell until two days later because we didn't need to go anywhere so the van sat in the garage with the windows up! Once we figured out what happened, I spent two days trying to get rid of the smell using an enzyme urine removal solution (Nature's Miracle) that I've successfully used many times around the house when Mark has had other "accidents". This time it wasn't getting the job done.
So I started looking at hiring a pro and saw several reviews for Detail Depot where Doug and his crew cleaned up a nasty vehicle interior using traditional methods and his ozonator machine. Called Doug and scheduled our van for Tuesday morning, almost a week after the accident. Went over the situation and showed Doug the accident zone so he'd know exactly where Mark did his biz. We discussed the situation and Doug felt he could get it done by the next afternoon. On Wednesday around Noon he told me it was going to need another day because they had to remove one of the back seats and then shampoo/treat/extract the carpet area THREE times! The carpet in the luggage well has very thick padding glued to the underside of the carpet so it was basically a sponge soaked in week-old dog urine. Worst case scenario.
So another night to dry and treat with the ozonator machine and we came by around 3pm Thursday to pick up the van. I'll be honest, I was not prepared for how good it smelled when I popped open the back hatch and took a good sniff. It wasn't a cheap job to clean up, but in our minds well worth the investment to get a great smelling vehicle back in our garage! Thanks Doug!

We brought in a car that had been driven by an incontinent man for years. The smell and the filth was overwhelming and I wasn't sure it was fixable. Top off the list of nasty that they had seen. These guys quoted a price and then did double the work because the car was that bad. Didn't charge me anything more and offered follow up disinfecting if we felt there was any residual odor. When we got it back, the interior looked almost new. They did s fantastic job!

Detail Depot details my vehicles every week. They are trusted with some very high end vehicles, which in the past, I would never allow someone besides myself to touch. Doug has had my account for over a year and I can say without hesitation, that I highly recommend. I entered my first car show as a favor for a charity this past weekend in which Detail Depot got my cars ready. Took 1st place and a 3rd. They did a fantastic job!

Our first visit for an interior cleaning did not meet our expectations.i understand no business is perfect every time. The owner reached to apologize for the work that did not meet our expectations. After our talk we took our car back to get the outside detailed to provide an opportunity for redemption. They hit it out of the park with the outside detail work they did for us. He was able to get some of the scratches out of the car. It looks great. We appreciate their reaction to our feedback and their ackowledgement where they fell short. They took action when their work did not meet our expectations. The detailed work on our second visit and the friendliness of the crew there, let’s me know we’ll be back.

First of all, I would like to say that I don't like to give bad reviews, but I feel this is necessary. I just bought a car and yes the interior and exterior were in bad shape. The reason why I brang my car to Detail Depot is because the owner talked himself up really well. I also saw that this shop has a great review and a high star rating. Doug explained to me that it's going to take about three to four days to get the job that needs to be done done. I called Doug after four days, and he explained that he needed more time. I was okay with that. So finally, on the tenth day, Doug let me know that the car was ready to be picked up. Beings that it has been ten days, I expected to see a beautifully detailed car. Sadly, this is not the case. The car was awful. I can't even explain how bad it was. There were so many not cleaned ereas that I would get exhausted explaining it all. I was absolutely in shock that I just paid Doug and even left a tip so there would be no conflict beings that I had my girlfriend with me. I don't know what else to do but to leave an honest review and pray that nobody else gets the service that I did.

Detail Depot did an excellent job on my truck. Ceramic coat was applied skillfully with great attention to detail. I am very pleased with the results- Doug’s team really does work wonders!

I was in awe of how great my car looked when they were done. I don't think my car was this clean when I drove it off the dealer lot. The windows were so clean. It almost looked as if they were not there. Everyone there was very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend and will be going back. It was money well spent.

Doug and his crew did an outstanding job! He corrected a previously incorrectly prepped and done ceramic coat by others.
Did paint corrections and now my Harley looks liquid smooth and clean again.

The boys out at detail depot did a great job buffing the cat fight scratches from my Bmw.thought I was going to need a paint job.didn't get 100% of them.but enough of relive my cat scratch fever. SRC. Clearwater
