Prompt reply to my inquiry and solid work on my vehicle. I don’t normally use detailing services but was having a hard time getting some soiled areas in my backseat cleaned. They took care of that and were reasonably priced compared to some other places I investigated.

I called Detail Pros of Jax to wash my 2022 Tiffin and they worked me in a tight schedule and got the job done. They were very detailed and were very knowledgeable about washing the coach. Akeem used great care with the finish as well.

Please whatever you do, DO NOT use this service. This is the most unprofessional customer service I have ever experienced in my life.

I received a detailing service while visiting my parents in Jacksonville and after, requested a link to send payment to the business. The employee told me that “The owner is busy in Orlando, and you will get it when you get it. ” He complained about his boss not giving him tips so if I could tip him on cash app, then he’d appreciate it. The employee proceeded to spam my phone number with his cash app link even though I did not feel comfortable using that to pay for the business service.

Fast forward the employee is banging on my mother’s door early in the morning and says I never paid… He is extremely aggressive and demanding that my mother pay for the bill because I “played” him. My mom gets a hold of my sister on the phone to try to explain that I am an hour behind in another state and probably still asleep, but he was just talking over her and escalating his voice. I will never use this service again and I do not recommend that anyone else does. I normally support small businesses, but please do yourself a favor and save yourself the hassle and go with an actual company.

Side note: The service was not good. My car was still dirty, and the employee left a sticky residue all over the car. I could have done better myself.

Thomas responded to my request for a quote and called me this morning to tell me he was sending a truck. Akeem came within 10 minutes of Thomas calling me. He evaluated my sap covered 2018 Camry and I was thrilled that he wanted to get to work right away. He worked hard! Three hours in the heat! My car looks phenomenal! I had my doubts because the sap was really stuck, dried on and looked bad. He brought my baby back to life. The best she's looked in years. I saw him on his hands and knees cleaning everything. I walked outside and screamed, "that's my baby! ". Akeem was grining ear to ear. I know he took such pride in his work. The turn around time from reaching out, to getting the work done was perfect. It worked with my schedule and being mobile, even better. Thank you so much. I even sent the company information to several neighbors. They were impressed too. I should have taken a before picture. The afters are awesome.
