If you like a room where room service does not exist, this is your option, the room was not cleaned, only the trash was removed and towels were changed, even with the cleaning request. The other point is the charging of “Resort Tax” where this hotel is a resort! The swimming pool was closed and it was not possible to use it.

Disaster. Very friendly employees, not their fault. They DO NOT clean the room. Never. I asked 3 times, we ran out of towels, they don't clean it. They say the service is every other day but I stayed 5 days and they didn't clean it or replace towels.
The breakfast is good, but the capacity is very small and only one girl serving everything, a shame.
I repeat, the employees are very friendly and respectful.
Room 134 has a lot of humidity, water falls from the ceiling of the bathroom ventilation. Comfortable and spacious bed.
Expensive for what it offers, scam

The newly renovated rooms were great! Def can't beat the price! Only issue with the room, the door isn't properly sealed for my room (the entire lower half). And there was a mix up checking in 2 rooms, we were assigned opposite. So I had to get a re-key the 1st night, and AGAIN when my friend checked out (2 days before me), and our rooms weren't fixed in the system! So I had to wake the sleeping guy in the room behind the desk (I'm guessing when I called to try to reach someone at 2a after I got off work), and he re-keyed me a 2nd time. Other than that, my stay was great, and I would stay again!

I loved the hotel, it's completely renovated, has a fantastic location, near the Disney parks. Excellent value for the price. The breakfast is very complete, we loved it.

We stayed here 3 days, the hotel is fully renovated. The staff is very friendly. We enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. The room was spacious and had everything we needed: a fridge, a microwave, and a safe. Great value for the price

The hotel has a fantastic location. The staff is very friendly, and we enjoyed the breakfast and free parking. The beds were very comfortable, and the rooms were functional. I would return without a doubt!

Nice place to stay. We were on disner and seaworld tour. It came in budget and very clean place.

What a nightmare! I booked this hotel for me and my daughter for her bday weekend. I went solely based on the high reviews and the fact that it was in a convenient area, close to the parks and other amenities we wanted to see. Boy, were the reviews misleading! We checked in around 2am because our flight got delayed. We were not greeted friendly by the hotel front desk person. He just gave us our keys and paper with check in, he didn’t let us know which way our room was or about the complimentary breakfast or the perimeter of the hotel, like ice machines, etc. I asked where our room was and he kinda just pointed to the outside. He also seemed annoyed when I asked about the breakfast and just pointed out it was to the right of him by the main lobby. We get into the room, very clean room very comfortable beds. No complaints there. 1st night I turn on the TV no issue. The next day I turn on the TV it’s NOT working, I finally call the lobby tells me that the tvs are down and maintenance will be there the next day to fix it. We checked in on Friday, it is now Monday and TV is still completely down, so we’ve been our whole trip with no tv in the room. Everyday that we came back to the room, they key wasn’t working. I called the first time, being exhausted from walking a lot and Nicolas at the front desk said I had to come to the front to retrieve the key. I explained to him I didn’t want to leave my 13 year old daughter by herself to go to the front but he said I had to go to the front to get the key. After an exhausting walk, because our room is very far from the lobby, I dragged myself and my exhausted daughter, because I wasn’t going to leave her outside by herself (it was already very late at night). He gave me a new key wasn’t apologetic didn’t even speak with me and sent me on my way. The following day same thing, go out with my daughter to get a birthday cake come back key isn’t working AGAIN! Call the front desk, the front desk guy this time was nice enough to meet me halfway and give me a new key. We checked in Friday, as per the hotel housekeeping comes every 2 days. So we’re out all day Sunday because it’s my daughters bday. Excited to come to a refreshed room, we walk in at 6: 30PM and the room is the same, with the garbages overflowing as I thought housekeeping would come. Front desk apologized to me and said housekeeping comes every 2 days. I said right, I checked in Friday and it’s Sunday we been out all day and no one ever came. He apologized for their mistake and offered me fresh towels. He was nice enough to walk them to my room shortly after. Today we come back to the room, once again the key isn’t working. I call the front once again and have to go back to the front to retrieve a key. VERY VERY disappointed in this hotel. I know the price is cheaper, and like I said I wasn’t expecting a 5 star hotel. I was just hoping for the basic amenities that any hotel should offer; which would be a WORKING key, somewhat friendly staff and a WORKING TV. But I guess that was too much to ask for. When traveling, would not chose to stay here again. It’s very sad because the hotel itself is nice and clean, and convenient to get to everything. But the service and esthetic are not up to par AT ALL. Save your money and book somewhere else!

The experience in this Hotel was on another level. The quality of the service of the employees, the facilities, the rooms, the parking, the cleanliness of both the rooms and facilities of the Hotel was excellent, the human quality of the employees extremely very good. It really has been my best vacation. Thanks to Papa God and thanks to all the hotel employees who made my stay super happy. I recommend this Hotel 100%. If Papa God allows it, I will return very soon. May Papa God bless you and protect you always but never lack food in your home; Thank you for making my stay super happy. I admire and respect them. It hurts me to leave but one day I will return. Thank you, I will always carry you in my heart and prayers.

The hotel is located directly at the helicopter landing site. The pool is not allowed to be used. The room wasn't cleaned for 2 days and the receptionist just kept saying sorry

Excellent Hotel in relation to quality price. I liked the location, close to Disney and Universal parks. Very friendly staff.

The staff is very friendly, the rooms are very comfortable. The location is excellent, and the complimentary breakfast is a plus.

It surprised us! It's a gem, clean and the staff is super friendly. We really enjoyed the pool area, and it has an excellent location very close to the Disney parks and many outlets!
