Devin made the process of selling our property seamless. She developed a specific marketing plan and executed the plan with quick results. In a short time she scheduled a broker open house, had the professional photos taken along with a video of our property resulting in a high volume of showings. We met Devin in late 2020 as we were selling our property on Marco Island. We had interviewed several agents over the phone, and Devin was welcoming and so well informed on the local market that my husband and I felt very comfortable listing with her.
