DEWALT Service Center, Orlando FL

Andres provided very quick and efficient service. He arranged for me to be mailed a replacement battery and charger for my Black and Decker cordless trimmer which was still under warranty. Sometimes getting a company to honor a warranty can be a hassle, but Andres made it easy.

I had bought a dewalt chipping hammer from The Miller store that had stopped working and it had came with warranty so they sent me here, I leave it and they said in about a week they'll have it fixed and ready.it still does NOT WORK and there services was HORRIBLE I do not recommend this place to anyone!

I took a black and Decker grass trimer because it would not feed line out. They don't repair them there so they are going to send me a new replacement.

Very disappointed I brought my DeWalt air compressor in to have it repaired and they told me they don't have the parts to fix their own product

Did not meet my expectations, only work for power tools. They were very helpful and redirect me to the Co.for which my problem was happily resolved thanks to them.

Dewalt couldn't fix my hammer drill so they took it upon themselves to scrap my tool dont go here scam

This Dewalt service center is so bad, i'll never buy Dewalt products ever again.not only do they overcharge for all services, the lady at the counter is rude and unprofessional.save yourself money and time and avoid this terrible service center and Dewalt products which is the worse money can buy!

I have used this service for a few years now and i would give them a better rating then 5 stars but it won't let me! My Dewalt tools are used every day! They earn there keep! From wet conditions to dry! When my Dewalts stop going i send ot to these guys! They repaired my little 20 volt Dewalt impact about 2 or so ago, and it the best its ever been! Just recently my 20 volt half inch impact took a break and stopped working after 2 years of hard labor! These guys repaired that tool and its back to braking bolts again! Great place to do Biz With! I purchased a large Rigid Tool Box model 48R-0S the Locking setup is the worst I've ever seen in my life do not buy this tool box.

Well, straight to the point. Front desk woman VERY RUDE, an UGLINESS that suits her well. IF, her skills and abilities landed her a job in customer service, she made a wrong choice AND really needs to reconsider, because I don't think she belongs in customer service. THESE people drive customers away from your shop. Nothing wrong with DeWalt but it should be careful about the choice of people they hire to represent its brand. NEVER will set foot in that shop ever! Others BEWARE.may be worth it to drive the extra miles to other repair shop or to order online than dealing with her attitude. [26Dec18]

Good Morning! Last Monday I took my hammer drill to repair, they told me that Maximo in a week would be ready, it took more than 10 days and there is no answer! I call the phone and they do not answer!
