The gentleman that installed our floors went over and above to make sure they looked great!

My parents recently got LVP floors installed from Dexter and their service was excellent. Everything came out great, the installation crew was hardworking and did a great job. The office staff was prompt in answering any questions and scheduling the installation. Overall, a great experience.

Dexter's Floors gave us a fair price, were accommodating with our schedule, they did a great job with minimal disruption to our living space and cleaned up all surfaces after their work. We could not be more pleased with the quality of their work and their professionalism. We are happy to recommend them!

Dexter’s Floors installed carpet at my new place. The price was great and the guys that came out were very hardworking, friendly, and knowledgeable about their trade. I have had no issues with the carpet in the weeks since the install and would absolutely recommend their service to others. Special shout-out to Jason for powering through some of the heat and heavy lifting he powered through on the day he came solo. He’s a real trooper.

Dexter’s flooring did an amazing job on our floors! We had some damage to our vinyl floors after purchasing some appliances and they came over, assessed the cost for a reasonable price and you can’t even tell that there was ever any damage. Super kind, responsive, and great at what they do!

Work appears to be done well and with high quality products. Installers were professional and accommodating.

We had some bumps in the road and had to wait an additional 2 days for install due to product. Mike and his team who came out on Saturday did a great job. They were professional and did not leave until they knew I was satisfied and happy with the job. I will use them for my next project and will definitely ask for Mike and his team.

Unfortunately there was a delay w shipping materials *not dexters faul but that is my only "complaint" but they kept me posted they were prompt in coming to look at the floors and they were willing to work after hours to make up for time lost.
Ill add after photo of a room lol but the befores are so embarrassing! Just imagine a maybe off white/cream rug maybe 15 years old... Lots of pets, kids, foot traffic. Everyone was professional, and didn't mind the kids sometimes being under foot and asking questions because they were curious. *thanks for that by the way.
OH AND CLEAN! I was expecting a MESS! They cleaned after themselves! I know that seems small but oh man it was a nice surprise. Lol

We had a wonderful experience with Dexter's Floor. Through no fault of their own, there was a delay in the shipping of the floors. But the customer experience was exceptional as they communicated with me on a daily basis. Once the floors were in, we were beyond excited for the difference they made in our home. The installers were wonderful to work with as well.

They were quick and easy to work with, they have a lot of options to choose from at reasonable prices. After about a year, some of my panels had broken, got in touch and they came out to fix it quickly and it looks as good as new.

Dexters did a great job helping us pick out the flooring that would be great for our home and family needs. The quoted price was accurate and competitively lower than other businesses. The demo of our old flooring and laying of the new floors was professionally done. We brought up something we didn’t like about one of the transitions, they came up with a solution and got it fixed in a timely fashion. I would recommend them to anyone and would certainly use them again!

Dexters flooring did a great job! The price was great. They were able to start work almost immediately. Our house was left clean and everyone that was here was very thoughtful and friendly. And our floor looks great!

On or about September 20,2020 we purchased LVP (Luxury Vinyl Planks) and carpet from Floor Traders in Jacksonville. The Floor Traders salesperson setup our installation directly with "Dexter's Contracting, LLC". During the installation, I noticed that they did not check to see if the floors were level. While the installers were still at our home, right after they "finished", I complained about the LVP flooring moving up and down in several spots. The installer that appeared to be "in charge" said "That is normal for a floating floor. " We later discovered planks started to push up at the edges and movement becoming worse.

About six months, the issues became so bad, I had them come out and evaluate. The technician said that they needed to fix the issues and had the office setup a day to come out. That day came and passed with no sign of anyone from Dexter's. I called back several times. No one responded. Then the COVID Pandemic became very bad.

Just last week we finally got Jennie to come out and look at the issues. She tried to blame some of the issues on us having a rolling office chair. Never heard of properly installed floors where you could not use a rolling office chair. They wanted us to pay another $1,400 to repair issues that their installers messed up in the first place. She also pointed out that their one-year warranty period had expired, as if we never contacted them only six months after the installation and even the day of the installation made complaints that they totally ignored. We are now having to seek legal resolution.

Great company and great installers. They were kind and responsive to scheduling and when the installers arrived they were professional and did a fantastic job. The best part of it all is THE SQUEAKY FLOOR IS GONE! They worked so hard to make sure there were no squeaks before they laid it down. Thank you so much:)

Great family owned business. I dealt with the owners and their daughters throughout the process of getting the first floor and stairs in my home replaced. They are professional, kind, and treated me like a friend. Next day turnaround on materials and install! As the work was being done, I met six other employees varying in experience but you can tell this business trains their people to be polite, clean, and organized. During my 2.5 day floor install, the crew was led by an expert who supervised the install of just under 1000 sqft of luxury vinyl plank and approximately 300 linear feet of baseboard. The job came out great and they even offered to fix some previous shotty tile work that was done by another company for next to nothing. My stairs were outfitted with some luxury carpeting a few days later and again the workmanship was superior and they worked efficiently finishing in just a couple hours. All in all this is a great company. They do good quality work for a reasonable price! I can't wait to work with them for the rest of my home in the near future. 10/10 would recommend!
