DHL leaves expensive packages in front of my business which is open 9-5pm after hours so they can be stolen easy #Pathetic
I will never use DHL for any form of shipping every again. My package has been at the Tampa facility since 6AM this morning with a hold preventing its delivery. When I called to inquire as to why it is being held, I was told by a representative it was for “no apparent reason other than it being scheduled for delivery tomorrow 12/20/22. ” What delivery company holds a package simply because it has arrived sooner than expected? I attempted to pick the package up myself since it is close to my address, but was told it needed a 24 hour scheduling turnaround time. This is infant formula that is needed desperately. This is an embarrassment of a company. I will no longer be using DHL as a delivery service and I’d rather ship a package Spirit Airlines.
It is a headache dealing with DHL. They claimed they attempted delivery when i was home. In fact my friend was outside when they claimed they came, yet they said no one was home.
Im not able to get around as i would like so thats a big disadvantage othetwise i would pick package up myself.
Why are they lying that they attempted delivery when they didnt. Now im trying to track and nothing new is coming up. I think all shippers should use other companies to ship packages to their consumers.
Is this the new norm? Attempted delivery but consignee not home?

I would give them less than a 1 if I could. I can't believe it. The delivery driver just drove across my front yard and threw the package on the front porch so they didn't have to get out. When you pull in to my driveway it is apparent we come and go out the side, with a covered porch where most all the packages are left. Apparently this was beyond their throwing capability.
Zero.package shows delivered since Friday. I have sent 3 emails to customer service and have received 0 replies, none.
Package has not been delivered.and I have given up hope that a customer rep would get back to me.
But I have made sure to inform the company that I bought from not to use them in future.absolutely useless.
Very difficult to deal with. Dont think you are going to call the 800 number and get anyone on the phone. IMPOSSIBLE! If you can use another service DO IT! The people you do deal with are helpful, but until you can actually speak to someone, its VERY frustrating. Dont use them!
Claims my package was delivered and signed for, never received it. Stating it’s delivered in Tampa when I live in Ruskin. Terrible delivery people. Been waiting on a package for two weeks.
Terrible delivery service that fails to deliver packages on time because they can't get the address right, and then lie and say they delivered it anyway. I'm fairly certain this place is playing some long scam of stealing the packages of people not willing to drive to their service center to pick them up. DO NOT SHIP THINGS HERE.
Update! Their customer service department is inept and has spent a week just trying to locate my package. After they "located" my package they are now holding it INDEFINITELY because they don't believe that I'm the intended recipient even though it's MY NAME AND ADDRESS ON THE PACKAGE. I cannot stress it enough, THIS SERVICE POINT CENTER IS A BLACK HOLE FOR PACKAGES. THEY WILL STEAL YOUR PACKAGES AND HOLD THEM HOSTAGE. DO NOT SHIP THINGS WITH THESE PEOPLE
I kept getting notifications that delivery was attempted. I was at home every single time. I have cameras to prove the driver never came not even once nor did they even pull up to security in my neighborhood. Making it hard for me to get a refund because it looks like it’s my fault.
Edit: I am editing my review. Someone did reach out to me immediately and asked me to respond via email. I did and the problem seem to resolve itself by the next day. My package was delivered. However, I still feel that their driver was certainly very dishonest as having never visited my house and saying I wasn’t home. My package even had on it that they have been there twice to wish they had not been. That practice should be stopped. Customer service rep even check back with me via email after my package was delivered. I increase my review by 2 stars.
Claimed my apartment number wasn’t on the package when it clearly was, even the customer service agreed. There was no need to not deliver my package. Terrible service.
I am so upset with this company my husband used this service to send a packet to his family in Haiti 3 months ago and they charged them 193.00 gave him a receipt and everything then yesterday on the 14th of July they charge him $193 again then turn around and say oh the lady that rang you up never charged you so that's why we're charging you now make that make sense after 3 months unbelievable worst service ever will never deal with again something needs about these thieves they can go into people's account anytime they want never use their service hope everybody stay safe
I went there to apply for a job they were rood acted impartial to me because I'm white so I went to a better delivery service got the job. And was respected throughout the process and I'm sure u all know who delivers the most packages around the country hint he made a space plane
Claims my package was delivered and signed for, never received it. They then said it was a mistake in the system and that I would receive it the following day, and never did. Customer service was no help.
It is a good option to send packages, just when send international packages they didn't say that you have to pay taxes when the package cross the border, if you pay $80 you finish paying $130. They have to tell the customer about that taxes, if you don't pay it they don deliver.
