I ordered off uber eats and I got the “bistec a caballo” and that was the toughest meat i’ve eaten. The lack of flavor that the bistec had was awful. & if i tried to stretch apart the meat to get pieces out of it, it would make this sand paper noise, it was super dry and tough. Thank god the rice was decent, and the eggs were cooked fine as well. But for this to be such of a cuban place, me as a cuban, i am embarassed! Either get a new chef that actually loves to do his job, or dont sell that bistec at all!

I love it. I visited it about 4 years ago and I love the good atmosphere. Just improve the attention because the girls forget about the clients and you have to call them several times.

You can find the best food and the best breakfast in this cafeteria.very happy with your service. I recommend it

Don’t order here. The quality is garbage. I receive cold stake and overcooked rice! Just do yourself a favor and go somewhere esle…. Horrible!

Wish I didn't order here. The Pollo frito had no flavor what so ever and was very dry. The mashed potatoes tasted like smashed garlic. The croqueta sandwich had one side with 4 croquetas and the other side had 1 and a bunch of onions. The fries were horrible. The only thing good from this place was the maduros. No wonder the menu prices are so low. The food sucks. Will not return, will not recommend.

Fresh and tasty food, good service and atmosphere, something very good is that it is open 24 hours and there is always good service they make great cod croquettes, I recommend them

I am very sorry for the owners of this establishment who have to pay rent for labor and everything that includes having a business, hopefully and take a little attention to the bad way they serve customers since they arrive they look with a bad face They don't say hello, we even told him that if we could aggravate another table because there were 6 of us and he said that we should do it if he has cameras he could check this information in the end they forgot to bring a pizza that when the group finished eating we told him not to bring it anymore
Immediately another waitress said from a distance with a bad face and a terrible attitude that they take it to go. We told her that we didn't want it anymore and they almost forced it to us. I really didn't care so much about paying for a pizza.happy with an apology for the mistake etc but when we saw that the attitude was as if we were guilty it was impressive
Since we arrived and we felt that bad vibe from all the Staff we wanted to leave but my friends insisted on staying Obviously we won't be back and I think they will lose their minds and it's a shame because it's one of the few places that open late they would have this place full of clients if another treatment or service had

Ordered Milanesa de res with white rice and tostones. The white rice and tostones were good but the steak was harder than pork rinds. I'm honestly appalled at the fact that someone would give this to someone. (see picture)

My co worker ordered the filetillo de pollo with rice and mash potatoes and they brought her sweet plantains instead of the mash potatoes.

When calling to file a complaint and receive a refund no manager was on site and they had idea when the manager was going to arrive. Called a second time and spoke with an employee Daily (don't think it's spelled correctly) she was really nice and was going to have the manager call me.

5 minutes after Daily called back and said that the manager Armando said that he'll provide me with the money back however, I had to take all the food back. Mind you I don't live in the area.

Horrible food, horrible manager and horrible customer service

Everything is good. But the only thing and important is the lack of education of cuban people. It is sad that even women have no maners. The most simple thing when I thank for the service they give. Is not answer. Like, you welcome. They stay quiet. It is simple nasty.

Menú has no price, you need to ask for it.

Excellent Cuban cafeteria with very good breakfast, lunch and dinner options, not very formal, ideal to try a good Cuban seasoning at good prices, good service and quality of food.

I just left this place and ordered 2 fried bread with only onion, chips and ketchup, after 45 minutes they gave them to me, SURPRISE, I arrived at my house and only a bread with a piece of meat, period. I call and the girl refutes that they did add onions and I tell her No, as if I had the need to lie, how can a worker believe that a client at 2: 11 in the morning needs to pay for something that he does not receive, it seems to me an abuse and a lack of respect, I left them their respective tip and they don't even check an order to make sure it is correct, ENOUGH of bad customer service, they don't give us anything, we are paying for good service. I will never return to a place where I do not feel cared for.

I come to this restaurant very often and the truth is that I love it.the food is super good and the attention of the waitresses. I recommend it to everyone.

The Menu card that they give you at the table did not have prices reflected. So you go on the Internet to see letters with prices, and the prices that appear are not the ones they later charge you. Our experience with the food was good, the bread with steak was delicious, the Steak was soft and everything had a very good flavor. The service was attentive and friendly. Summary: good food, good service, but it is annoying that the menu does not reflect the prices.

The taste is definitely like real Cuban home cooking! Small Hialeah Cafe feeling but is very friendly. I recommend it!

I came here with my grandfather and we had breakfast to bad my grandma didn't get to come to have breakfast with us she waited outside in her Mercedes Benz she just bought because she want to order online but her phone wasn't working.

A poor quality experience. I asked for fried rice to take away and they told me it was ready in 15 and it came out in about 45. Besides, I don't know if the rice was fried or burned. I really lost my money because I had to throw it away because I couldn't eat it, the cashier is useless, she is watching her cell phone, the customers waiting, the delivery people desperate to leave and all she does is check Instagram or keep an eye on the WhatsApp chat, really avoid going here, as a recommendation.

Tried this restaurant after the club cause it was the only thing I found open.

PROS:
the fact that its 24/7
food was good and tasted fresh, not like its been reheated all day

CONS:
I placed my order online through their website and upon arrival they told me they never got it and could not find my order. Thankfully I screenshotted my receipt and confirmation so they called the owner at 4am and long story short 30 mins later I was able to get my order.
