The waiting time was horrific; everyone only speaks Spanish to you and gets annoyed if you don't understand the language and have no courtesy. The front desk people specifically. The technicians are all polite and are kind and compassionate to you.

The tech administering the mammogram was wonderful. Very skilled and made me feel at ease. I have been going here for years. It's a long drive for me sine I live in the Middle keys but it's worth the drive because the staff is so competent and efficient. Would never consider going anywhere else.

Consistently excellent treatment by compassionate and dedicated professionals! I do miss the preCovid coffee and biscuits, though.

The check-in process was standard. I was a little alarmed when I walked in and saw how many people were sitting and standing with limited seating in the waiting room. Even more concerning was the wait time experienced. I had a 2: 30 appointment and arrived at 2: 15 for a Mammogram. I didn’t make it to the back area for almost an hour and 15 minutes, where I was asked to change and sit and wait again, but now while in a small XXL robe. It kept opening on me with about 10 other women in the same wait area. My test took a total of 5-7 minutes tops and I finally left at 4PM. The staff members were nice and apologetic, but it doesn’t change the fact that everything was way behind schedule.

I was impressed of how smoothly and on a timely matter I was taken cared of I have tried other facilities and they did not come close to the service you all provide

They would not allow my husband inside to see our babies ultrasound because he is not Vaxed! I was not aware of the new policy because he had been allowed at the others! After waiting for one hour he wasn't allowed in! They really know how to take all the joy out of a moment you should be able to share with you're partner! I will never go back! Find another diagnostic center!

What is the point in an appointment when they’re going to make you wait for an hour? What is the point in following instructions to drink a certain amount of water before your said appointment if they’re going to make you wait an hour uncomfortably with a bladder about to explode? Not to mention, the receptionists could care less about the patients. If you can avoid this overcrowded place, do so at all costs.

I have come to this place for many years, but there are some requirements that do not make the difference regarding customer care.

Check in process was pretty smooth. There was a long line, but it moved pretty quickly. Tracy performed my ultrasound. She’s absolutely amazing! Overall great experience

Technician was so understanding, and Dr. Sara Fernández is amazing. Facility is super clean and safe. Love this place. Feel so well taken care of. Thank you.

Very professional, taken care of quickly. My only issue was getting an apptmt in the first place. I called many times, left messages and was never called back. You cannot make an apptmt online so I had to keep on calling to finally get through, which requires many tries over a 2 week period.

I'm going to this facility for years. I've never waited longer than 5-10 min so far. All staff are very professional and always trying to help. I highly recommend this facility!

Always the best! I have been coming here for many years and I will not go anywhere else. Always the technicians are courteous, professional, warm, and know what they’re doing.

Just had my annual mammogram and although the center was packed, everything flowed perfectly, my appointment time was maintained and the staff (from check-in to U/S technician) was kind and professional. Kudos to this excellent organization!
