I have been using this company for 12 years.very dependable and knowledgeable. Rhyan was very knowledgeable about the thermostat that he was installing and took time to help me with putting the app on my phone. Rhyan took time to answer all our questions regarding air flow through our home as I suffer with allergies and he remembered some filters that have higher merv rating. Very nice young man. I give him 10 plus

Today I open the front door to find Rhyan with a portable AC unit for our bedroom as we wait for parts ordered on our outside unit. I can’t say enough about this young man.his thoughtfulness, caring heart. Knowing it will take time he wanted to make sure we were comfortable until the part come in. Rhyan is definitely an asset to Dial Plumbing.

Rhyan came over to fix a whistle noises in our return unit. He is always polite and professional. So nice to have a great company and great employees

Steve came today to replace a filter rack that fits the size of our filters. He is a very polite professional young man. We are very satisfied with his work and Dial Duron.

Blake was my tech; he got to my house quickly on time, and went over the specifics of the repair.

First I have to say Rhyan Garner has been excellent to deal with, so he personally gets 5 stars. He's come out twice and handled both situations with the utmost professionalism. He's always on time and gets the job done right.

My only issue is that he shouldn't have had to come out in the first place. We had a new Lennox AC unit installed through Cosco and Dial Duron during the summer, and it's been a hit or miss situation. It took a few visits from Dial Duron to finally get everything in proper working order, which is why I'm knocking off a star.

The install team (forgot their names) were professional and nice, but they seemed to have missed some items they should have caught during installation. Most importantly, Rhyan came out today, because I was smelling gas when I turned it on in order to use the heater. Sure enough, there was a gas leak the install crew didn't catch. Maybe it was because it was installed during the summer, and we don't use the heat very often, but this is a safety issue that should have been thoroughly checked.

Rhyan fixed it with no problem though, and at no charge, and as long as everything is working and safe, I'm happy. Dial Duron as a whole seems to be a solid company though, and they are always prompt and courteous, and aside from the install issues mentioned above, always seem competent as well.

Alex Babineau came to fix our leaking shower faucet today. He did an excellent job and he made sure it was done right. He had some soldering to do and his skills were excellent. All I can say is Dial Duron don't let this one get away. He is definitely an asset to your company.

Professional explained everything was in good working order and helped me with the passcode to the thermostat.

Our A/C broke on Sunday, so I am forever grateful to Robert Ryder in Sales who was able to sell us a unit on Monday and have it installed on Wednesday! Now that’s service! Robert has a wonderful personality, super friendly and down to earth, and made the whole process as easy as it could be!

Jaime has been wonderful to communicate with at the office when I had questions.

We couldn’t be happier with Dial Duron and look forward to many years of continued service with them.

Toilets won't flush, standing water in both tubs and showers. This means the main sewer line is clogged. I called and was told someone would be out shortly. Called back later and was told the technician finished their job long ago and didn't come here. They could have someone here tomorrow. I needed someone now as we can't even use the bathroom. I know it is Christmas Eve but if you can't or won't you should tell me so I can get someone else. I also noticed that they sent the message on the same number as Freedom Air and Heat. So I won't be using them anymore to service my in-laws HVAC.

Fast response, good service, very expensive. $228 to unclog a toilet in 5 minutes is over the national average. The sales pitch at the end offering to reduce the price IF I signed up for a service plan was a turn off.

I was very pleased with the service we received from Dial Duron.

We've been dealing with Duron Smith A/C & Heat since we moved to Brevard County in 2011. We rely on the company for our heating/cooling equipment maintenance and repairs. So far, we haven't been disappointed.
