Lied to my niece and said they "worked for the airline"! Didn't tell her how much fare would be until they were already on the highway. Cost was $345 from Orlando Airport to Spring Hill, FL. Ridiculous!
I'd give you zero stars, but that's not an option! Scumbags!

VERY bad and rude driver! Even tried to tell him that his attitude isn't acceptable but he continued.

Taxi company, false charges added, fraudulent, excess route, unmetered.
Driver stated that meter was on inside mobile route device and receipt would be available, route charge was similar to Uber/ Lyft.
False charges added and cost 2-3 x Uber/ Lyft. No receipt provided / emailed hours later with additional charges added.

If only we could leave a 0 star review. Swerving in and out of lanes, stomping on the gas, then brake, gas, brake, for no discernible reason.

Really needed a cab to get to Greyhound on time. Diamond Cab picked me up no problemo and at a nice rate all the other cab companies I called were bogus (times for pickup & price point wise) thanks

Diamond cab was assigned to me at the airport. My son forgot a piece of luggage in the car. My wife and I tried to connect with a operator all day to report the lost luggage. I was ignored and eventually forced to pay a ransom fee to get back his bag. We will never ride with this company again.

We got a ride from the airport and the driver almost got into 2 accidents. We asked him to take off for the problems and they refused. Poor customer service poor driving. Do not use.

We were picked up at the airport looking to go to our hotel. I was looking at my GPS as taxis are notorious for trying to take the long way and add extra miles to the meter. I asked him why he was making a random loop that added over 8 miles to my ride. I have been to Orlando several times and am fairly familiar with the area around the airport. The driver was incredibly rude and told me to stay in my place and that he knew where he was going. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.

I got a taxi from this company from airport and and he took me to sand lake road on Wich is very close to airport so the taxi driver when we arrived to my place he told me 50.000 and meter says 45.000 so I told him I never paid so much from the airport to my place and the driver started screaming telling that he will call the police abd I have to paid him. Very horrible experienced and horrible driver with an horrible attitude.they are stalling the money from people abs when I checked the other review the other people have the same complaint they said they will charged something and in the end they get an attitude fighting asking for more money or they will call the police. I am getting the complaint BBB because this right. I called the company after abd the person answered the called told me driver is right you can do wherever you want that’s why I am going scaled this higher not to mention that I was 3 year old child he got that attitude on from of the child

January 1,2020 at around 8: 40 pm took a taxi from Universal Studios Orlando to my hotel to pick up luggage at nearby hotel then to MCO. It was Diamond Cab vehicle #385. Please beware! I had my children in the taxi too. I thought it was interesting at first because I noticed the man was driving quite slow for a taxi driver. But it was when we got on the interstate to the airport it became terrifying. Our driver stopped in the middle of the highway twice with no other traffic stopped other than him! He only went at a speed of about 50 mph when I pleaded with him to go faster because we were going to get hit from behind by cars going 80 mph. Mostly, he stayed between 20 to 40 mph. On the highway! It got so bad I was texting 911 for help. I asked him if something was wrong with his car. He said, “No. ” I asked him why he was going so slow. He wouldn’t speak. Wouldn’t say anything. I was sitting directly behind him but my children were saying his hands were shaking as he was holding the steering wheel. I called Diamond Cab as soon as I got to the airport to file a complaint and tell them our driver put us in danger. I pressed the option for “dispatch” and it hung up. I pressed the option for “other calls” and it hung up. No way to get ahold of anyone. My advice to you: have an exit plan. I should have insisted he pull over and let us out. I would have stood on the side of the highway. It was that frightening. We are so lucky we weren’t hit and killed. And the whole time, the guy didn’t say a word while I’m yelling at him to not stop on the highway.
