I had a great experience! Easy to book an appointment, was on time for the appointment and got great service. This is my go to nail salon. Great job!

Went to Diamond nails for a bridal party manis & pedis! Everything was perfect from making the appointments to setting up a champagne refreshment area. The whole staff was friendly and took great care of us! If in the fort Myers area deff stop by!

On vacation.wanted to treat my Granddaughter to get her nails done, and a pedicure. They definitely made her feel special. Very nice service
I highly recommend them. We definitely will return, on our vacation next time

Made a same day appointment via their website online. I chose Tina, not knowing who she was or her ability. This was my first time there. She was fantastic as a person and the pedicure was great! The shop itself is “hidden”, but is a gem. Very clean and relaxing. I’m glad I stumbled across this nail salon.

EDIT: I called and Cindy squeezed me in and fixed my nails. They look way better, exactly how I wanted them. She did still charge me a full price for a fill since it was almost 2 weeks since I had them done. This is why I am not giving 5 stars.

I feel bad giving a bad review and the only reason I’m not giving a 1 star is because everyone (mostly the lady at the front desk) was very nice.
The reviews were really good especially for Cindy so I made an appointment with her. I ended up not being able to see her because she wasn’t there so I saw a man, not sure his name.
I got acrylics. My cuticles were not cleaned up at all. Nail glue was left all over my fingers. The acrylic was attached to my skin and not cleaned up. You can see my real nails on the sides and it looks bad. They look bulky. I spent $65 not including tip. I asked him to fix one thing and he got annoyed so I didn’t feel comfortable telling him to fix the other stuff.
I wanted ombré and he did not blend it well at all. You can see where he put the white and pink and it looks bad.

The manager Cindy and Sonny made sure our first experience was one to remember! Excellent service and job! I got tips with poly gel and my husband got his first pedicure and manicure. We had lots of laughs! I have VERY high expectations and my nails exceeded what I was looking for! 10/10 in my book!

I loved my manicure here. It was the best manicure I have ever had. The atmosphere is relaxing and it is the perfect nail salon.

Gel mani and pedi were amazing, staff were so polite and the atmosphere is very relaxing. Got in as a walk-in with only a 20 minute wait. Would highly recommend this spot.

I decided to give this place a try based on the review and I’m so happy that I did. Kina or kita (sorry if I misspelled your name) did my pedicure and my nails and I’m in love. She took her time and made sure I was satisfy after each step. She listened to what I wanted and even recommended a better option. This will definitely be my go to nail salon. This was my first time here at Diamond nails and I was extremely happy with my nails and the friendly, professional service. This place was highly recommended through a few of my friends. Jimmy did an excellent job and asked me throughout the process if I was liking it. My first time doing the dip powder which the nice receptionist that greeted me suggested after asking me what I wanted. Everyone was so sweet and the atmosphere was spa like. I will definitely be back and I am going to get a pedicure as well. Thank you for a terrific first time experience!

I've been coming here for 4 years and always love my nails once they've been dolled up. My favorite nail technicians are Cindy, Jimmy and Laura. The atmosphere is peaceful and the salon is always CLEAN! I will continue to come here as long as I'm living in Ft. Myers!
