I came in about 10 min after opening, there were two employees working a male and female. I requested full set and polish change on toes (just had a pedicure a week ago). I asked for French tip, the lady proceeded to do my toes. I told her three different times I didn't like how she was doing it, it wasn't uniform. It literally looked like something a child could've done. The lines were uneven, the tip wasn't covered end to end, a toe was smugged. She kept ignoring my complaints, I then politely asked how much would it be to remove it and I just go somewhere else because I wasn't satisfied and she kept getting loud with me as if she was upset because I wanted my toes done correctly. She then went and got the male and he said oh no I'll do it for you, she tells me you just need to get your whole toe painted I said no that is not what I want and not what I came for If its an issue I can pay for you removing the previous gel off my toes and just leave. The man insisted I let him do my toes and if I liked it he would be the one to do my full set. Thankfully the man was very patient and took his time, he did my toes exactly like the picture that was showed. I personally won't be back and don't recommend this place. I wasted time here, when I should've been able to come in and get the service requested without all the extra.

I must say its CLEAN and they use sanitized products unlike many in the same area. The staff was friendly did a great job getting me in quickly and my pedicure was amazing.nails and pedicure. Very happy my family recommended this salon as I am visiting and don't know the area. They said it was clean and professional and I totally agree, I will return!

Worse experience ever! Would not recommend! Nail techs can't do basic nail designs. I literally left the salon with nothing but acrylic on my nails.

If I could give this place a zero star I would, I went in for a full set of nails and pedicure. I’m very disappointed with both, my pedicure looks ridiculous the guy cut my toe nail uneven and the pedicure was awful, my nails looks horrible they are crooked and very wide and different sizes. It was my first and last time coming to this unprofessional place.

This by far my favorite place to get my nails done. The nail tech Austin is friendly and easy to talk to. I feel very comfortable there. And my nails look fabulous

I arrived at 3PM for a MANICURE PEDICURE, and was told there was a 30 minute wait. While I was waiting, four other customers walked in. I was directed to a pedicure bowl but was left soaking for an hour while they did the other 4 customers. It was 5 PM, SO I GOT I UP AND WALKED OUT.

One day after paying $85 for a full acrylic set, 2 tips popped off and broke. (Without reason). I called and came back in for them to be fixed after a 3rd came off. To fix they laid thicker acrylic over the top. Couldn’t find my dip color to match, two nails are crooked, and cuticles are cut up. Never going back. They didn’t charge for the fix but in that case I wish I would have just taken them off.

This is the worst place to get your nails done they were still curled instead of straight too thick and were breaking off literally 3 days later I went to Lee Nails and had a much better experience. Oh and I was overcharged like how did 55$ nails turn into 95$ and the looked horrible

If I could give negative stars I would. Hands down the WORST nail experience I’ve ever had. I will NEVER return here. I was rushed, they tried to upsell me to gel saying regular polish takes an hour to dry, but yet when I finished near closing time he said I was dry after barley 5 minutes under the dryer and walked me out so he could leave. They asked me to pay before I even started my pedicure, and hover over me watching what I wrote down for a tip. The three employees have some drama amongst each other they need to sort out. The pedicure itself was the worst I’ve ever had, it was rushed, no effort at all with the massage. There was another customer who walked out for horrible service during my time there. Just extremely horrible, never ever again.
