You can walk in but I would make an appointment with Kayla because they honor those appointments very well and you don’t feel rushed! My gel on acrylic nails last me a month!

Hope all is well, I’ve been going to Diamond Nails and spa for the past 5 years and I’ve NEVER had any problems until now. I always get a French manicure by the owner Kayla she always does a great job, but today I decided to go with two matte colors instead. As we all know it’s ok to change your mind sometimes, a colors can look good but once It’s been applied you don’t like it on you. And that was my case once Kayla had finished I began looking at it and no longer liked it. I then simply told Kayla whom once more is the owner. “I don’t thinks I like it”. And she then began acting extremely unprofessional, Kayla stood up raising her voice at me in front of other customers saying no! No! No! I asked you multiple times if you liked it and you said just keep going until the end. Which I did say, being that I don’t normally get color I’d like to see the finial outcome. The entire time I just sat and listened in disbelief. Kayla continued by saying well it’s done and you’re gonna have to pay for it and that’s too bad being very sarcastic and condescending. I say this to say I’ve never had a problem with paying, even if I didn’t like it or even if she had to charge me to remove and change the color that was not a problem for me at all.
But for you to just go in complete defense mode and begin disrespecting me was unnecessary. That is my last and final time going their not because I chose a color and you gave me what I asked. But because of your attitude and how you conducted yourself especially as the OWNER. You’ve most definitely lost a customer in me. If only you would’ve just communicated Better by simply “saying I can take it off and change the color but you will be charged again”. I just pray you handle this situation better in the future.

Today, anyone can get 5️; from family or friendship, you name it. But me, a regular customer for the last almost three years can truly say this, they make me feel special, they talk/they listen, treatment familiar. So how they should reviewed…of course over-over 6️ and that’s my review, experience it and you’ll agree with me. Thank you all!

I go here everytime to get my nails done, the service is really nice. They are welcoming and good at doing nails.

Kayla did a fabulous job as always. I had no idea what I wanted and she delivered. Very friendly place and super clean. I've been getting my nails and toes done here for about a year now

They did a touch-up and painted my nails with gel polish, they didn't lower the length or change the shape, and they charged me $60.00! VERY EXPENSIVE

I love coming here to get my nails done they do such a good job with designs and they really take their time to make sure you get what you want, I come every 2 weeks with a different design and I’m never disappointed

Been coming here for a few months only to see if they are consistent with their service. This place is a hit or miss sadly. Whilst Edward is very good at shaping, for the times I used him, he rushed me and didn’t want to soak my nails saying it will take too long and literally removed my acrylic nails without soaking them! He used a nail tip to place under my acrylic nail and forced them out 1 by 1! My natural nail bed is thin underneath and After telling him it was so painful he continued saying he’s almost done and applied force to drag the nail out. My nail hurt for days after as it was the most painful experience.
The few times I got the other taller man, who is super nice and caring when doing my nails. Didn’t have an issue with him.
Every time after that I got the lady, she sits right in the front as well, I believe is the owners (Edwards) wife. She is very snappy and rude. If you ask her a question, she will ask you back a question in a rude and sarcastic way. I’ve showed her pics of what I wanted and she insists that my nails were too short for that style and shape yet my nail were the exact same length as the the picture I showed her. I didn’t like her attitude! But I did what she wanted and moved on. The next day my nails started chipping away.
Granted she redid my nails but it was pure inconvenience and time waster on my end. She “sometimes” seem nice but after doing my nails now for years in other places, I can tell she has been the rudest I’ve encountered.

A friend of mine brought me to Diamond Nails & Spa on Friday evening. The staff greeted us right away and were very accommodating. There was a short wait but they set me up in a massage chair to soak while I waited my turn. I got a gel Mani/ Pedi and I was so pleased with how thorough my technician was. My nails look so pretty and even though they were super busy, she didn't try to rush with me. It's a beautiful atmosphere to relax and be pampered! I highly recommend this salon for any salon/spa services.

Ive gone three times and each time they do an amazing job. The nail tech i go to listened to me and remembered it was my birthday. It feels personal and welcoming.

Also, the customers complaining about gel don’t make sense. Gel doesn’t cost extra and it dries faster. It also looks better and lasts longer. Nobody is trying to upcharge you, they’re trying to get your cheap rears out of the chair.

If I could put zero stars I would, I came in today 12/2 to get a pedicure and I get this lady who does a poorly job. First kept insisting that it’s gel that I end up getting it just so she would stop asking me. She then cuts my toe that I can’t walk that much on it cause it hurts after I told her three times she was cutting me. I paid $45 for a poor job pedicure and let me know begin on the foot massage she gave, because there was one every-time i come here it’s like a hit or miss for me there’s new workers every time I come. Then the lady gets mad for me not tipping her, I mean atleast be happy I paid for the service.
