In the first 5 minutes being in the building I was absolutely worried about my mom being sent here. We left to get her clothes and returned an hour and half later. They gave her a sandwich for dinner, not part of her diet. Waited an hour for a nurse to assist her with bathroom. Staff do not seem like they understand. I had to talk my mom into coming here instead of home, which she was not ready for. I am fuming. This was a mistake.

Great staff, facility is kept very clean, my father has been very happy at Diamond Ridge. Their menu is very accommodating and the food is good. If my dad doesn’t care for what is on the menu, he has a choice of four other options. Staff is caring and goes out of their way for residents and their families.

Staff work really hard to make sure the residents get what they need. The staff really care about the residents well being.

Everything is great the.care.cleanliness just the food could be better and hot when residents get the meals The nurses and cna’s therapist are wonderful. Also the office people. Pet friendly as long as they have their shots This is my dad and my baby girl Angel. He’s on the rehab side could not ask for better care for him.

>LTCF admission after hospital is quite common
>utterly no point complaining because everywhere is short staffed
>these joints are all cheap paying staff and high CNA turnover
>rest assured they follow rules
>food ok, something once tasted like chicken, cheap hot dog is notably low cost to them too
>they have ice cream to shut you up
>seems clean to me and hand washing and gloves is noted
>hearsay is it's probably better than average compared to competition
>none of these places are two or three star hotels

>you'll be ok if you know that it's not their job to wait on you

>CDI (C.diff) patients, MRSA.patients, and SARS-COV-2 patients, obviously get isolation.

>protip #1: before you D/C from rehab ask for home health and PT order so you have it when you get home

>protip #2: ask for the secret menu gelfilte fish, chitlens, pickled lime chutney, and matza balls

Diamond Ridge is one of my favorite community partners. Their marketer, Melanie, makes a point to get to know our staff here at Bravera Health Seven Rivers, she is always kind and friendly and brings the best pens! Her kindness and pride she takes in her role and service to our community makes it easy for me to recommend Diamond Ridge when patients ask me about local skilled nursing and rehab facilities.

Our first impression has been VERY disappointing. We have tried to reach a patient at this facility for over a week now. The phone just rings and no one answers, left messages at the nursing station, Social Services Director and Director of Nursing but no one seems to have the time to call us back so we can check on this patient. I understand everyone’s busy but these messages were left two and three days ago. I’m writing this review in the hopes that perhaps the marketing Director can get someone to call us back one day.

Diamond Ridge is a very good nursing home. My son Roger is getting the best care he could get. The nurses are there when he calls them. The food looks good.
I am thankful we made the decision for him to go into long term care instead of me trying to take care of him at home.

Amazing place and great working partner. Thanks for the great service you help provide to patients. Melanie has been a complete asset to bridging the gap between Diamond Ridge and our Hospital. Thank you. And her ink pens are a hit in our department. Great way to keep the nurses engaged with your conversations Melanie.

Diamond Ridge provides a safe family like setting for elderly in Citrus County. Staff are friendly, providing proper care to residents. Staff communicate not only with each other but with residents and their families. They make everyone feel welcomed and cared for. If there is ever a concern, they look fully into the concern and ensure it is remedied right away. They truly listen and care about what each family has to say.

They took very good care of my disabled mom when she broke her hip. Everyone was very nice and attentive. PT staff got her back on her feet and home in just under two weeks. I would use this place for any loved one

This facility does not have enough aides to patient ratio. I have been rudely treated by certain nurses and aides. Shower 2x per week. I have a skin condition that requires daily showers. Unit managers where very quick to respond to complaints
