Diamond Tool Store - Euro Asian Blades, Inc., West Palm Beach FL

I ordered Fila FOB extreme Sealer and followed the product coverage per square feet and I have four gallons of extra product (over $500 worth of product). I called diamond Tool Store to return it and they don't accept it back. That's why is better to buy from Home Depot, Lowes or Amazon. Fila will take it back!

Everyone is very helpful, aleays have what i need in stock! You can also call ahead of time and they will have every ready for you. Works out amazing specially on those rushing days!

Under any circumstance DO NOT attempt to do online business with this company.if you do actually receive an executed order? It will arrive probably 2-3 weeks after you really needed it within your planned job scheduling!

Junk part - no return or refund
I bought a floor machine wire brush assembly as part of prepping a concrete surface for a polyaspartic coating. The brush lasted only 5 hours before the tech realized it was shedding wire bristles all over the surface. Upon inspection, more than half of the brush had gone significantly bald. Thousands of little wire bristles were spread everywhere. Contacted supplier and they said I used it wrong before even asking how I used it then refused to replace it or refund the money. Brush was $150 BUT, the main point of the project was to apply polyaspartic coating which sells for $200 per gallon. Because of their tightfisted stubbornness, I bought the polyaspartic from a different supplier so Diamond Tool saved $150 by refusing a refund and lost a potential sale of thousands of dollars in floor coating. My company will never do business with Diamond Tool Store again.

I purchased paver sealer in the mail and it accidentally did not come with the part B. I called up and the customer service was extremely professional. I happen to be a local and picked it up in person. I requested to takeoff the original shipping charge and I was granted.very mature and needs to be recognized. I appreciate it.

NEVER AGAIN! This store. This shop is below the minimum level of professionalism. I ordered the 3rd cans of impregnator, where all the arrived battered and one of them came in a completely battered, broken, tattered, soaked box and made a mess on my patio. How I said NEVER AGAIN ANYTHING FROM THIS STORE.totally disappointed

Terrible Service, I placed a order online and it took 4 weeks to get it, I called customer service to cancel the order and they still dropped it on my driveway, and the order was incomplete. Stay away from Diamond Tool Store.

I am extremely impressed with the quality service that they provide! In specific I’ve been working with Andrew. His customer service and work ethics are unmatched. It’s honestly been a while since I’ve received amazing service like this and it’s very refreshing! Andrew is efficient, knowledgeable and friendly! I’m excited to continue business with him! They have gained a long time loyal customer!

This company is nothing but a SCAM and a bunch of thieves/liars. They literally know nothing about building supplies, nothing. Facts! Nothing

I live near the store Euro Asian Blades - Diamond Tool Store. Everyone there was really helpful over the phone and in person. I own Stoneworks Construction and every time I have a project and looking for certain tools or chemicals their recommendations turn out amazing on my projects. Jonathan & Andrew are really helpful when I explain what I am trying to do. I highly recommend you check this place out yourself. If you plan on ordering online they do explain the turnaround if they do not have in stock. 5 Star Customer Service! Thank you guys for everything you do and making my job easy and my clients happy.

Avoid at all cost. Placed a $7k plus order for a storage shed. It’s been 3 months now. I can’t get ahold of diamond customer service. So I’ve had to go through the manufacture to keep track of it. I’ve even offered to pay shipping twice through the manufacturer because it’s sitting in their warehouse waiting to ship. But diamond tool store isn’t doing their job, just holding onto the $2k shipping I paid them.

DO NOT BUY! I foolishly placed a two-item, $600+ order with DTS several months ago. Received one item (least expensive of the two and useless without the other) in a few weeks. I’ve received zero updates on when my order will be filled. My emails requesting a refund have gone unanswered. Spend your money elsewhere!
