My experience at this diamonds direct was far above superb. I was initially greeted with an excellent environment and lots of friendly faces. Kirill was the one who helped me to pick out earrings for my mom. He was very knowledgeable on all of the products and was patient with me even when I was being indecisive. He allowed me to look at lots of different options outside of the cases and compare them. He was friendly and made this process much easier. I would definitely recommend this Diamond Direct and ask for Kirill when you go!

Buying jewelry usually goes one of two ways, you get sold to or you get someone that actually seems to enjoy what they do and makes good suggestions because they want things to be right, not to just be a sale. My wife and I visited them recently very aware of what we wanted, but also being open to browse. On neither side that did I feel pressured. We found exactly what we wanted and walked away with ideas for next time without feeling like we couldn't get away from the two salespeople that assisted us. Another small phycological thing. They play pop music. I notice no less than three workers humming or lightly singing along. Now, I know don't sing unless I'm feeling good or comfortable. I bring this up to say everyone was cherie and seemed to enjoy working there. Good stuff.

Absolutely fantastic! I went with my girlfriend and was serviced by Amy Tomlinson. Originally I was hesitant with going into a diamond store because I didn't want to be pressured into a high sale. But let me tell you, there was not a single moment that I felt like I was being sold to. Amy was only interested in finding what my girlfriend wanted, even after she said she wanted a smaller gem. My girlfriend has unique taste and we were impressed by the variety of their rings. After my girlfriend made her wishlist of bands she liked the most I was able to go back later and buy the one I knew she wanted. Amy was super awesome with getting the ring in the timeframe I was looking for. Suffice to say I was very happy with the whole experience and she said yes.

Yvonne and I stopped in at Diamonds Direct so I can get an idea which engagement ring would be perfect for when the time comes. We've been to big name Jewelers and mall stores but nothing compares to the experience we had at Diamonds Direct. Everybody was so friendly and the showroom is stunning. Kelly the store manager and our Sales Associate Greg are both OUTSTANDING! Greg showed us a wide variety of rings we could walk away with plus different settings and diamonds to build our own ring. He also educated us on the difference in diamonds. I took some pictures while we were there and Yvonne was smiling from ear to ear the whole time. Like I said we been to other places that were pushy or just not as friendly even left some with a headache. But at Diamonds Direct we left with smiles. We are new to Jacksonville and this will be our first jewelry purchase. We have found our go to place for jewelry and that is Diamonds Direct. I highly recommend Greg, stop by and see him. You will not be disappointed.

Very dissapointed in their pricing. My wife and I purchased from them at their old location. Since their move to the new store and now under new ownership, their pricing is just like every other jewelry store in town. They have definitely lost their edge. Instead of offering the best price up front, when I decided not to purchase, they (all of the sudden) could get me a better deal. Why play games? Get me the best price up front!

Definately shop around. You can get better prices elsewhere.

CHANGE YOUR RADIO COMMERCIAL! Every time it comes on the radio, I immediately change the station because ALL OF THAT THUMPING BACKGROUND MUSIC drives me insane! Try some music that is actually inviting and pleasant to listen to! PLEASE!
