I read some negative reviews and now I see why. The man answering the phone was so rude on several phone calls. Clearly, the service is terrible and I gave up even trying to make appointment.

She is the worse Doctor I had ever talked to. Please do not take your children over to this practice. At least the husband had the courtesy of been polite. She should not be practicing as a Doctor specially as pediatrician

Worst Service Ever! IF YOU HAVE A CO-PARENTING SITUATION AT HOME BEWARE! No understanding of coparenting issues and trying to keep one family under the same care. My 14 year old from my fiance and
I attends the facility recently by my referral. My two younger children attended year ago but because of a divorce of my former wife they stopped going. I Know have the ability to control their medical attention and so I tried to get them back under the care of Dr. McLaughlin since my 14 year old attends this facility as well. She outright said no because they left before and cannot come back now. I asked why and she said because she wanted to and because she doesn't have to be their doctor. I restated that my 14 year old attends her facility and why was it ok for my 14 year old to attend but my 10 and 11 year old cannot. Her reasons are pure laziness and rude response. No logical reason for seeing one of my kids but not my other. Especially since it was not my choice to take my 10 and 11 year olds out a few years ago so why not take them back when I have some of my kids already there. I recommended my 14 year old there and now I will remove him from there. A Family should be able to take their kids to the same Doctor without the Doctor having favorites.

Dr. Diana is the best doctor! I was her patient and now she is my children’s doctor. I trust her for my children health. She loves my kids and is very caring. Her office is clean and they alway answer their phones. I love best that the children can be seen the same day or first thing following morning.

Her husband works at the front, bad hygiene - her daughter walked in on us to give her SB coffee, DIANA said something rude about my child med condition. - the place smelt so BAD! Its sad that i seen a good review about her and went for myself and was very disappointed, NEVER AGAIN
then to top it off they tried to charge for an appt i missed when i cancelled over the phone with husband and i guess he never canceled it.
THEN THEY TALK BAD ABOUT YOU LIKE YOUR NOT RIGHT IN FRONT OF THEM!

NASTY PEOPLE ALL AROUND, HOPE THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT CHECKS THERE SOON

My sisters and I have taken my two nieces for years here with no problems. Know that I have one on my own I did make sure Dr. McLaughlin will be my daughter Doctor even before she was born They are up front, and honest about everything. My sister had made emergency appointments and they have always been accommodating and respectful. Dr. McLaughlin Thank you for everything you do to help children especially with my own daughter

Rude and petty. Your child will pay the consequences, if the Doctor doesn’t like the parent (s).

We recently relocated to FL and I was looking for a primary care doctor for my 10 year old son. The reviews for this office were horrible and I had low expectations because of them but it was difficult to find an office that is currently accepting new patients because of the virus so I thought I’d at least give it a shot and I’m glad I did. My experience was nothing like what others have claimed. Dr. Diana is so thorough, nice, straightforward, and thoughtful. She made my son comfortable and took her time getting to know us and my son’s medical history. Her husband works the front desk and he was also the sweetest person. Very friendly and helpful. I don’t have one complaint after my son’s first appointment and will be staying with Dr. Diana permanently.

Been going to Dr. MacLaughlin for over 5 years, she has been amazing with my daughter and now my new born son. She always provides my kids with great medical care and gives me great advice in areas of my concern. I use to take my daughter to the ER when she would run fevers or had really bad coughs, they would never give me anything. I’d take her to see Dr. MacLaughlin and she would put her on meds, within days, my baby was better. My newborn son wasn’t gaining much weight at the beginning, she provided us with very helpful information, which lead us to have a chunker! Definitely wouldn’t hesitate to continue to take my kids back to Dr. MacLaughlin, her years in the medical field truly show.

THE WORST DR. OF ALL TIME. My son has gone here since he was little and Dr. Mclaughlin has been rude every time i have seen her. I called her office this morning with a question, and she was so rude that i told her i will not be bringing my son back to her practice. Stay far far away.

Dr. McLaughlin and her staff are always so helpful and welcoming. They make my kids feel so comfortable.

I’ve been coming to Dr. McLaughlin for some time now. She is not only an amazing doctor but a great person. She truly loves her babies and truly cares for their well being. Always available and willing to hear the parent out. Takes what you say into consideration and always willing to help no matter what. Front desk is a big plus too. Very sweet and accommodates you and works around your schedule when possible. This is a family business that makes you apart of their family. Where else can you find a Doctor’s office like this!
