These guys were recommended by another contractor i used, and i couldn't be happier with the service. After the service, i had a question about chlorinating my pipes, and the tech suggested i call his coworker, Sam. Sam, who has never met me, has helped me through the process twice now (lost my notes after several months), and it just goes to show how seriously they take customer service. Highly recommend.

Called of the service this morning because it was recommended by another company. The company I normally use is out of town. I mentioned my well pump was not working and I believe it was the foot valve down in the ground. Water kept going down the pipe and not filling up while being primed.
It takes two guys to replace a foot valve because they need to pull the entire pipe up out of the ground. They sent one service tech out to tell me what I already know. They charged me $130 service charge for nothing.
I called back the lady after the service tech left who had initially answered the phone and denied ever being told the foot valve was the problem.
Already on a tight budget with $130 less in my pocket to fix the problem. It would have been better to give $130 to charity than to give it to this company.

Great company! The owners are extremely friendly and helpful. The workers work hard and check all your equipment. They don't try to haggle you around to make you buy products that you do not need and I very much like that about this company. They also have best prices in town!
