Dick’s has amazing customer service. Their employees will go over and beyond to assist you. You can tell, they are trained to value their customers. Curbside pick up is, fast, easy and wonderful.

Store not prepared for soccer season. Shoe section a huge mess. No sizes and all mixed up. Mostly Nike Shoes but no soccer socks to match. Nike shine guards, no socks tho. Would prefer to see more under armour. Left with nothing, headed elsewhere.

I was at the store this morning in the golf area the associate named James Norris is the guy that helped us in the simulator he was excellent what a nice guy so patient and very knowledgeable about the game, he is a five star associate to your organizations Will never go any place else to buy our golf equipment then the Fort Myers DICKS STORE thank you James

Good selection of clothing for sports. Huge shoe department. Lots of water sports gear. My friend bought a nice pair of binoculars today. The salesman was super friendly, and helped her find the perfect pair. Turns out that the ones she had been trying out were display samples. The salesman gave her a new pair in the PLASTIC CLAMSHELL OF DEATH packaging. She was afraid to buy them, but the lovely cashier bravely opened the packaging for her. I wish I had asked her name. She had a wonderful sense of humor too!

No assistance in the shoe department. Shoes purchased rang up at a higher price than the website cited. When the website price was shown, they were still rung up wrong at a higher price. Shoes were returned, and this customer never to return again.

Staff was not helpful, not did they smile. I slipped right in front of them. All they did was put a wet floor sign. Marilena, the cashier I slipped in front of didn't even asked if I was alright. All she she said was " sorry for the inconvenience". Susana the other cashier barely could tell me if I could exchange anything. I guess I should be happy they took an incident report.

I walked in looking for Dress pants that were made for athletic offices such as a gym. I work at Around the clock fitness on Boy Scout in Fort Myers, FL. I met a man named Jim there who was extremely helpful. He showed me exactly where the pants were at. He was one of the role players on the team I suppose, but extremely professional. He acknowledged me as an athlete which I thought was very Cool. Jim guides me to the dressing room, and as I was leaving he asked me how I liked them, which I did. Anyhow I was just looking, I get paid on that week’s Friday and I didn’t want to spend any cash. He then educated me on different ways of purchasing at that location through credit. I thought to myself. “ Okay how much are they paying this guy. ” He was just a sincere decent person who was there to help. I enjoyed my visit, I hope they promote him, and for the nature of the facility.they usually are busy in the morning but as the afternoon progresses they’ll be more than happy to help.

I will never support any company that doesn’t support the second amendment. Not to mention this store is usually like a ghost town inside when I had been there in the past. Never a sales associate within sight, and prices aren’t that reasonable either.

Sadly I cant rate it any higher because the entire time we were in the store we were followed around and watched like we were going to steal. We were the only minorities there. It wasn't until my father walked up to the plain clothes security guy, (who at first denied it then apologized after) and told him you are making our shopping experience very uncomfortable that we were able to shop in peace.

Shoes where sized. Kids walking around store should actually offer to assist people shopping. Second time there in a month not once did anyone ask me if they could assist.

Had the Foot Joy golf shoes I wanted at $20.00 off plus being a club member I got an additional $10.00 off. In and out on ten minutes.

Dick's has any sport item you could ever want. Service is great and store is very clean and organized

Been to this store on several different days of the week/time of day and has always had trouble finding a sales person to help me. I’ve wandered around, gone up to the cashier and been told to go back into the store and wait for a sales person to find me, and stood around until I realized no one was coming. Think twice about shopping here unless you know exactly what you want and where it is located in this big box store.

Horrid selection of sneakers. They had a lot of different sneakers but each pair was almost identical to the pair next to it. Adidas clam shell low please. We are not all marathoners

I’ve seen this place slowly decline since it’s doors first opened. I went there a few days ago looking for some Under Armour shirts and the did not have a single one. They had shorts and pants but no shirts.

Also they’re tennis shoe selection has really gone down hill. If you want to find the latest Nike’s go somewhere else. No Jordan’s either.

Went in looking for a pickle ball paddle. They had a good selection found one, bought one and away we went.

Reason for 2*: Disappointed that they only carry boxing shoes online. It's hard to buy boxing shoes for the first time without trying them on for fit and comfort. Wasted trip.
