Great selection of fishing tackle and more. If you don't mind employees constantly asking if you need assistance. This really needs to stop in my opinion. Staff should make themselves available and ready to assist without disturbing customers who may not want to be bothered.

Excellent place. Employees really kind who always try to help you. The only thing I don’t like is that the fitness section is basically empty, but it’s not their fault. Every time they receive products, they sold out in matter of hours, so it’s hard to keep that section full with the amount of demands they’re getting.

Great sporting goods store that has virtually everything unfortunately I needed added bike shorts but due to Covid They had a limited selection Not their fault I see limited selections everywhere I shop

I really like this store. The fishing section is great. The rod combo section is nice. There's a guy named Billy that works the fishing section he's knowledgeable and helpful as well.

Good help and clean environment they just didn't seem to be fully stocked. But it was better than bad.

Have been waiting over 20 minutes trying to grab the one guy getting shoes for customers. As soon as he pops his head out of the back room, he's off grabbing someone that came into the area after us. They need to had out numbers to ensure all customers get seen. Or just more staff as sports seasons start.

Tom and Sean were very nice and professional! They knew what they were talking about and helped me find a nice bike. Sean built my bike and did a great job. Thank you guys for the great experience!

Service is really really bad, I went with money to buy shoes.but I have been waiting for associated around 30 minutes.nobody showup and when they did, bad attitude.
They don't really care about customer service.

A little frustrated today. I’ve been shopping here since it open, purchased everything from the family’s bicycles, treadmills free weights, clothing sneakers I could go on.but I tried to purchase new golf clubs today and I’ll tell you the experience was awful! It’s always been like that in their golf department. The rest of the store, awesome! Golf department. I tried to get the attention of the salesperson there for almost 30 min and it was like I was invisible. I handled and inspected all of the iron sets for 30 min! And companies wonder why amazon is taking their business! Get it together Dicks!

Dick's Sporting Goods is an academic example for all retail business to observe as to why internet sales outlets such as Amazon are taking over the retail trade. The all to common traits of:
1. Almost nobody in the store knows what they are doing.
2. They are grossly under staffed requiring customer to go searching for help in various departments.
3. The check out process is absolutely painful. Cashiers are alarmingly slow and ill equipped to handle the slightest problem. On my recent visit 4 registers were staffed, but each of them was at a complete standstill due to missing prices, incorrect prices, clerk exceedingly slow at doing returns, waiting for manager to come to register when called.
All of these things coupled with no apparent store management in sight.

So the question is, Why would you ever shop at Dick's?

I don’t understand why they sell shotguns. They made my purchase of a $700 shotgun so irritating and confusing that I had to take a refund of the purchase before I picked up after the mandatory 5 day waiting period. 1.5 hours to purchase and another 1 hour to get a refund after the incompetent staff gave me the run around. They should stop selling firearms altogether. Worst experience I have ever had at ANY Dicks sporting goods.

This store is just horrible. Called them up for specific fishing line and to be spooled on my reel. Said they had and could do it. Drove ALL the way up there and no can do! Why would anyone want to shop at this poor excuse for sporting goods? After all, they are the biggest around and you cant even get fishing line. Then the guy said let me check Walmart for you. What a joke. I walked out. Don't support this poor excuse for sporting goods.

Charles is a champion. He invited me to his family bbq and well let’s just say there’s no need to follow the employee code of conduct after hours! You get em Charles!

Wow! Massive, clean store with plenty of staff. I am not sure they are missing anything related to outdoor activities. My dozen-plus pics could never show the enormity of selection.

Found schooner hats that NOBODY else in West Palm Beach had.

Horrible service Manager by the name Rangy is an arrogant young guy that isn’t helpful at all! Stay away from this store

I don't like giving bad reviews however this is most certainly a necessary one. I ordered a GT mountain bike online for pick up in-store however upon arriving, it looked nothing like it did on the website. I asked to exchange it for another GT and it had no price difference. It turned into a two hour long process, all they had to note in the computer was that I never picked up the original one and charge me for the one I took out of the store. Their policy states if you don't collect it, you aren't charged. To my surprise, we were charged for both and upon trying to correct it with management over the phone, they said that I took two bikes out! Goodness me. Worst Dick's Sporting Goods I've ever been to. We disputed the incorrect one on our credit card and haven't step foot back in the store since, never will. Incredibly rude team, they don't know what they're doing. We get it, it's work but we all also understand the industry of customer service which they have no chance at doing.

They have almost everything. The store is clean, the customer service is great, they’re well stocked will items. Some of their prices are a little unreasonable. I paid $20.00 for 6 Lacrosse Balls, but I did get a great tent for less than $45.00!

Horrible service. Cashier stated that all Latinos are the same just because a Latina costumer thought that a shoe was $20 because another shoe EXACTLY the same just different color claimed to be $20. I will not buy from a racist environment.

Was there earlier today trying to decide what edc knife I wanted. I know little about knives. A lovely gentleman came over after I had been looking for a while. I never got his name but he was short in stature and had grey hair. He pointed out a kershaw Cryo. I had never even heard of this brand. Once I got home and opened it I was blown away. Thank you so much sir, wish I had your name to say thank you!

I am a South Florida sports fan. I used to play sports in College. I also used to run in the U. S Army and used to personal, so I know a little bit about being active. Richard's selection of Heat, Fins, Panthers, and the M team which shall remain unnamed, is not great but not terrible. Fishing section is the best in Western Palm Beach. Sports and workout gear is pricey, but if you want to try it on and walk out with it, this place gets errr done.
