There wasn't much variety. There were no fleece blankets, no hockey gear or hockey paraphernalia, and little selection on sports teams socks. The store itself was clean and the associates were very helpful.

It was well, lots of things with no prices on the shelves, wouldn't want to go back and forth to the register to price check.

What a horrible customer service experience. This store is in great shape and is very clean, that is one positive they have. However, i had to speak to four different employees for the same request, two of them seemed bothered when I asked them to please get an item which was locked for me. They called for help on a microphone and walked away without saying a word. The third looked too busy to help me and the person at the register told me to please look for another similar item because they “couldn’t find it”. I left without the item, which has there, visible, just locked. Last time I personally do business with this store and brand, which might not be much, but this is how you damage a business. It is very unprofessional to leave your customers unattended feeling like they are unable to get help, after multiple attempts.

Had a great experience at the Kendall location. Received really great assistance and outstanding customer service from Jonathan and June at the store. Love this place!

Short staffed, had to wait and go to the customer service counter to have someone attend to me inorder to buy baseball equipment.

Always been kinda disappointed in this store but seeing its the only sporting goods store for a couple miles I continue to use it. Today the customer service was really lacking. Went for a variety of items and had multiple questions on locations to multiple employees and each one, minus one (I wish I would have gotten his name to report a positive) were useless or seemed so unhappy that thier faces radiated discontent. The store itself seems packed with a lot but in reality its the minimalist of variety. These stores are better up north

Extremely overpriced. Absolutely nothing on sale or reduced. $100 for 2 10lb dumbbells and a Matt. It was the cheaper quality dumbbells which shows tears with the new sticker still on it. No thanks! Found some half the price on Amazon.

It's a nice store but I find the prices to be high and the staff seen to mostly be High Schoolers. My personal experience is that the customer service is a little wanting. So, for me, it's a pass for now. If I need something and I don't want to wait for shipping i might go there to pick it up. That's about it for me though.

No greeting as I walked in store, but must say staff is willing to help once contacted. Exchange was fast and easy. It was an accepted shopping experience overall.

The store is so clean and organized it's a pleasure to shop in. I found a griddle for $15 less than Amazon!

I know they're overpriced, but the wall of Yeti thermoses being able to mix and match size and color make shopping a pleasure.

Terrible. They had very little new merchandise. All they had was old stuff. I returned a shirt with a receipt and they wouldn't give me back cash as I requested. Instead they have me a gift card but I had to leave without using it due to the poor selection. Not happy with that place.
