Customer service is not very good. Asked for a Rep and stuck waiting by myself for 15 min. No one came to help.

Clean, store associates were friendly and courteous.and they're website and inventory wee correct I found exactly what I went for!

Store is ok, but during covid19 there were a lot of unavailable items, the workout-weight area it's too unstocked.

In-store prices and online prices are totally different. Make sure you bring proof that items are on sale to avoid getting charge full price.

Visit was fine, Store manager didn't help me as I would like. Trying to find a treadmill he didn't help me, I was ready to buy one

Walked in to look for some hiking socks and shoes, could not get any help. I guess customer service is not their top concern. I’ll try online services, might even experience better service.

Employees don't know about simple fitness product or where anything is located in the store. Line was extremely long. Over 20 people waiting and they wouldn't open a second cash register

I found what I wanted without help from a sales associate. Items were on sale which is good. One sales associate was wearing leggings and a tank top, her bra was showing. This was too casual. I realize this is a sporting goods store, however, employees should wear pants and a shirt with sleeves. That is a more professional look.

Super long line today. I understand that there was a gentleman purchasing 4 cart loads and tying up 1 of the only 3 cashiers, but the other two cashiers did not seem to be trying to move faster. Management should have picked up on that faster. This was today, 1/4/19 between 4pm and 430pm.

Got no help with my son football cleats had do it a myself. No staff around only at registers. Very disappointed

Parking area for this store was good with plenty of parking. The store was nicely prepared set up everything was clean and neatly placed. The store had many facets of sports Products. But did not have items I was specifically looking for like exercise shorts and a specific type of shirt. I used to purchase these items before the store was called Herman's I believe. They had a much wider selection of clothing.

I purchased a bike from the website and brought it into this location for assembly. It was ready for pick up in 1 day. I am very impressed with this location. Very clean, well merchandised, and well stocked. And, I’ve always gotten good, friendly customer service. Pricing can be a little high on their name brands, but Dick’s always seems to offer good sales and clearances.

Big box sporting goods store with everything you would need when it comes to sports. Nice selection of golf equipment and accessories. The latest styles in Nike, Adidas, and UnderArmor.

The bike selection in the store is pretty small. I'm top of that, the bikes available are overpriced, we saw the same one at Wal-Mart for $75 less. The store is very organized and the staff is very helpful. Just do a little price research before making a purchase.

I found what I needed but it was no thanks to the employees. I was looking for Chicago roller skates. I asked they said they only carry roller blade. I said I'll take a look anyway. Then they kept checking on use but nobody wanted to help. Terrible customer service. Ohh! And I found the roller skates in the display as I was leaving.

Staff was pleasant. I walked into the store looking a little lost because I needed to find the correct department, and one of the floor employees quickly walked over and offered help. Store was clean and checkout was fast.

I've placed 3 online orders this year and the issue I have is that all three appear to previously opened and this is the second item missing a critical piece. The store had the option of opening a full snorkeling set to replace the incomplete fins, but instead only offered a return of my money. I work in a serviced industry, we do not sell returns or opened boxes as new, we strive to go beyond to solve a customer's needs.

I love this store it makes me want to come even more I love the staff they are so nice and interactive and awesome I love it

Its okay. They do sell alot of things but they are pretty pricey. They no longer sell direarms no ammunition. Bummer, they had the cheapest range ammo

There store has everything for your everyday sporting and exercising needs. Stop by, go in and go crazy.
