Clothing Store DIESEL reviews
2Haven't seen Diesel in a long time, I remember when they first came on the seen, my son bought a very expensive pair of jeans there but I know noone else will have them
So after all this I wanted to get my wife a special gift and bought some clothes online to curbside pickup in the Aventura Diesel store despite us now living up in Boca and having to drive all the way down there. I could have shipped them to the house but thought it would be nice for her to have them sooner. Big Mistake. So I get the email that my order is ready to pickup and on the email it says the hours are 10am - 9pm (actually it says 21: 00). So we got there at 7: 05pm and the gates were down as with the other stores in the mall. Luckily there was an employee just inside the door and I said "hey man I have a online pickup and my receipt says here that you are open until 9" - well long story short that didn't go well. I got to hear about their system was already turned off and it could not be turned back on. I happen to work with retail environments and find this kind of attitude often. I make and run those same systems and let me tell you: a). You can usually turn them back on b) You can write a note to do something in the morning when you come in - ESPECIALLY a curbside pickup that has already been paid for, I have my ID and you give me my bag. Let's skip to 45 minutes later after poor Giovanni (the guy near the door) fought with me and his manager (I'm guessing the same Alex below in other reviews who feels like "work is very hard - it hurts my little brain") when they finally decided to give me my bag anyway. Ironically I immediately got an email saying "thank you for picking up your order" so, um, what was the big deal? Right now I think companies would be falling over themselves to give excellent customer service and whoever this guy is needs to go or Diesel will go away.
