Called them for a start issue with my generator, they came out and said no problem needs a starter selonoid. A week goes by and they say it has been modified, ie moved to a easier location to replace and refuesed to work on it, left us and a trip to the Bahamas hanging. Ordered the part and installed it ourselves in less than an hour. Lazy tech.
