Great experience so far! Everyone has been super friendly and knowledgeable. They are well organized and efficient. We have waited maybe 5 minutes for our appointments once checked in at the front desk.

This is my first time coming to an ortho ever, Juli made it an amazing experience! She explained to my husband and I what the plan was for our son in all the details. They walked us through all the steps they were taking that day. It made my 8 year old feel safe which was definitely we needed! Thank you all

I am very pleased with the care of Kelso orthodontics, they took the time to explain the needs of my son, as well as walk us through the whole process of the appliance he was going to need as well as the braces, and how long it will take for the process. I was able to get my daughter in for a consultation apt super fast. The staff was very friendly & Juli explained everything in detail. My daughter even got her braces put on that morning to save making another trip in. She loves the blue!

We moved from out of state and had to transfer orthodontists. Juli was super friendly from booking the appointment to taking my daughter back for X-rays and pictures, and all things in between. The orthodontist was great, spoke in understandable terms, and didn’t make us feel rushed. Overall, we had a great experience and are happy with our choice to complete her treatment at Dietrich and Kelso.

Very communicative and friendly orthodontist. Provider and staff at both Lakeland and Palm Harbor locations have always been professional and pleasant. They offer payment plans and rewards to keep the kids engaged in their dental care.

Today’s visit was great! Juli explained everything so well and helped us get through all of the imaging, initial paperwork, and payment processing seamlessly! My daughter felt so comfortable with all of the staff, she made the decision to go ahead and start the process of having her braces put on today!

Since day number 1, they have been very courteous, friendly and have answered all of our questions. They have been extremely nice to both of our daughters as well as made them feel very comfortable; which in my a opinion is a most as it can be very uncomfortable for a kid to go through the orthodontist process.
