Joanna in Mens was very helpful and there was a good selection of high quality shirts for a Father's Day gift.

The store is definitely pricey but when they have a sale now watch out their sales are extremely good and a quality of the merchandise is the same

Kathleen in the women's department was beyond helpful and I will be bringing my wife back to pick more of everything they have that fits her.

Absolutly wonderful! Tammy helped us at the Lancome counter in ladies, and the 91 year old woman i brought there was personally helped!

Dillard's is nice but it is so terribly hot in there now. Even the employees say they burn up. Turn the air down some so we can enjoy shopping

I was looking for wedding clothes for my son, and I wanted a suit for him with a vest. He needed a shirt and shoes too in particular colors. He thought he wanted pants and vest only, but the wedding will be outside in late October so I was thinking suit. The nice lady at Dillard s found a beautiful suit for him in just the right color and alterations were included. It is a designer suit but was a very good price.she really hooked us up

We like Dillard's.it seems a bit more upscale than Macy's. We live in Minnesota where there are no Dillard's. We have a home in Florida and always make a point of shopping at Dillard's when we are there

Was looking for a dress for a wedding and no one offered help or even greeted me. One lady I spoke to her but she looked pass me as if she didn't see me.smh. I give 2 stars because the younger ladies in the swim suit dept.greeted and engaged in conversation with me as I strolled by. And they have a great MAC counter.

Helpful and friendly staff. Went to cosmetics section and found everything I needed there (such as Bobbi Brown and Mac). A variety of things to buy here.

Worst place eve they need to change the entire payroll, everyone is so rude is like they hate working there NO PEOPLE EMPLOYEES WHATSOEVER.starting with the manager is unbelievable

Started in the shoe department and found what i was looking for.from there went to the mens department and put together the look i was trying to get with the help of Matt (awful with names so hope i got it right). Great sounding board and advisor.

Big deal, big sale! Only on already discounted merchandise, which is the stuff that's been picked over and through. Still, the salespeople are great and the store is always clean.
