Awful Customer service, I called a few times to ask for an item availability, they always sounded annoyed, and Monica the last lady who helped was also rude hanging the phone on me.

MOLD! I couldn't shop here, as from the 10 minutes I spent inside, I smelled mold everywhere. Must be in the air-conditioning?
After telling a few people about it, they also admitted they avoid the store, but had not reported it to anyone.
Who to tell? The store manager or the Galleria staff? How to get anyone to take me seriously?
I don't know, but perhaps the reader of this review will take action.
Mold like this can make people ill (like me), at the very least, the employees will suffer.

Horrible.had a return.ledya was supposedly the manager.accused us of damaging a defective blouse.very bad customer service. I even has the receipt.

The securtas security guard Jason is a RACIST. I couldn’t be more mortified I’m casually walking around the store browsing items I picked a shirt up debated if i wanted it (being I have a very similar shirt at home already) then placed it back on the rack I turned around and walked away. He came up to me and said you just stole a shirt. I couldn’t believe it he continued he said your stealing open your bags now. At this point I’m appalled I’m screaming what you think I stole he replied yes you did. Then proceeded to walkie a woman who said she stole nothing leave her alone. I reported this to management who gave me a oops sorry response. THIS IS THE PROBLEM WITH AMERICA! I highly recommend you do not spend your money here.
Regardless of the fact the dollars I would have spent would have helped this felling dying business.

Great men's department many styles to choose from. Many different prices points, very good sales all year round.

The highlight of this Labor Day weekend was meeting Dillard’s Beauty Advisor Olesia Lunina. We could not decide on making a purchase of the new Prada Paradoxe full size bottle then so Olesia went out of her way to offer us a sample for purchase in the Travalo bottle. I’m so grateful for her exceptional service.

I was spending time with my mother, we were shopping together for clothes. We walked past the fragrances department and I felt moved to stop to try a fragrance. I use scent to help lift my mood and to connect to my self. I saw the La Perla Signature bottle and asked a well dressed and gracious beauty advisor who approached us if I could try it. The nice beauty advisor who’s name I don’t know told me and my mother more about this scent and let me try the tester bottle, which I used to spray a little on my wrist. I liked it. I know from previous experience that I need to smell a scent on my skin to know if it is the right scent for me. My mother began a conversation with this beauty advisor about a fragrance that she was interested in and they both walked away while I lingered.

A woman approached me and asked if I’m interested in trying a new scent. This person is Olesia. I let her know that I already tried it but she told me this is a new scent from Prada and offered to spray a sample on a blotter. I told her that I prefer to try scents on my skin and she said that it helps to first know if I’m interested in the scent before. I agreed. During our interaction I was uplifted cared for and appreciated. It was Olesia’s consciousness that helped me to get out of my anxiety and fear based thoughts and painful feelings that were clouding my vision of my felt experience of myself. I learned that this scent called Prada Paradoxe was just launched in the last few weeks. I fell in love with its sensual and enchanting essence. It has notes of musk amber and Neroli, which is the bitter orange tree. I feel at home in my skin when I wear it and wearing it inspires me to do what I love to do. Like my mother and I, she is also a native Russian speaker. Olesia made our shopping experience personal and my heart is full of love and gratitude for her.

Went here last Friday looking for something nice to wear and from the moment of stepping into the store someone helped me. When getting to the floor the worker there T'Anya in the women's department on the 4th floor went above and beyond her job while showing patience with me when looking for something to wear. I left with everything I needed thanks to her.

Was in the shoes section, looking to buy multiple types of heels. Was left with a bad taste by the service in that department by one of the sales lady, she implied I couldn’t afford what I was interested in…. Really ruined my experience.

Seems very different since my last previous visit.
Felt like the men's department was "overloaded"?
Cosmetic and men's fragrance departments were still great.

Do not try to buy a men's suit at Dillard's at Galleria. We showed up there at 5 PM there was no one in the men's suit department at all. We asked the shoe department for help and they did their best find somebody.finally after an hour the gentleman from the Tommy Bahama department helped.we bought a 500.00 Ralph Lauren suit and will have it tailored on our own. I guess we should have gone to Macy's.no wonder nobody goes to malls anymore.its your own fault.sorry.

Nice store with good selection and lots of sales.
Dillards has nice selection of clothing, purses, shoes and jewelry. Good choice for men, women and children along with the home store

Worst customer service ever, tried to return an item that had the price tag removed. 72 hours had passed since the purchase, had the receipt, the price tag and the original bag. The look I got for the tag being removed was all I needed to see to let me know this company has some very asinine ways of treating their customers. Lifetime devotion of support to this place is over. The thousands we have spent with this business to then have this happen is so aggravating, enough to make us all never shop at Dillard's again. Rude lady told me "it's our policy", well I have a policy too and it states that I will treat you as you treat me. So long and farewell Dillards. There are soooo many other places to shop. Should've taken the hint when I walked in and saw nobody else shopping on the entire floor I was on. For God's sake don't remove the precious tag and think you're going to return them, NOT AT DILLARDS. You do get 5 stars for rudeness, you've mastered that for sure.

Store was beautiful but not a lot of variety in size for selection. Nobody ask if you needed help but kept staring at you from.a distance.
