Dillard's, Estero FL

I was surprised by some of the features that this store has to offer.
Especially for men's boutique style shopping, it may be difficult to find products that differ from others like cologne. But here they have all the booth style sales for brands like locasta and are set up nicely in order to get your clothes and figure out what you like.

I love Dillards. The people are so helpfull too.
I f found a beautiful outfit but wasn’t in my size they ordered it and was able to get my size.

Standard department store. Was looking for women shoes found nothing but that's problem everywhere, Chinese stop working. Shame.

I have to say, having other poor staff experiences at a nearby store, Patty working in the jewelry department at dillards brightened my day. Patty is the best!

I think Dillard's has a really nice selection as far as clothing shoes purses just a nice store

This is only related to the shoe department. We shop regularly at Dillard's, and have spent plenty in the shoe department, however I refuse to shop in the Coconut Point shoe department now. There is a woman (whire, very curly hair) in the shoe department. She barks orders at customers and demands what they do and where they sit, and chases them down if they don't follow their demands. Last time I tried, she was there and we ended up spending our money at the Fort Myers Dillard's, where we found the opposite, a very courteous friendly woman in shoes at Fort Myers Dillard's.

Fully stocked but short on salespeople. Racks are neat as always but not necessarily sized.

I went in for a jacket and dress pants. Claus knows his stuff and got me exactly what I needed. Best service and help I’ve gotten at a store like this in years!
