Dillard's, Melbourne FL

I came in looking for a suit for a wedding coming up and was helped by the incredibly talented Barria. She didn't even need to measure me, everything she had me try on fit perfectly. I left feeling happy and confident. I'll be looking my best at this wedding, for sure, and it'll all be thanks to the attentive and caring way in which Barria does her job.

Luca was amazing when I went in with my aunt to just walk around and ended up chatting with Luca and smelling the awesome colognes and getting recommendations! Luca deserves a raise

As usual always clean and organized. The salesperson was extremely helpful in leading us to items we were specifically looking for in her department and a couple of others.

I will never shop here again. Me and my sister were racially profiled the minute we came into this store. The were following us around the entire time like we were going to steal. Me and my sister felt so uncomfortable and unsettled the entire time.

I feel like the employees are paid commission. Browsing feels like a feeding frenzy, every corner an employee asking they can help me with anything, I didn't know what register to go to because all four the ladies on the floor asked me if I needed help, so I put my dresses back and went to shoes where I was followed uncomfortably and was asked several times if I needed anything, I faked a phone call to get out of there. Try buying makeup or designer bags, those departments are ghost towns. Another example of why in store shopping is becoming less popular. Amazon doesn't give me social anxiety.

Nice place for shopping especially in the mens department where the guys there was excellent and extremely helpful in assisting me with my purchase.

Very pricy spent about 450.00 in newborn blankets and newborn clothing basically sleepers. Staff was very friendly and very eager to help and knowledgeable.

Good store, helpful employees, quality products. The only thing that keeps it from 5 stars is the prices. It’s a little on the steep side, but that’s to be expected. All in all it’s probably the best place this mall has to offer.

Went to Dillard's to purchase clothing, we had a return with us that was 3 Days past the return time, the clerk called the so called manager to see if he would grant the return. The manager said no he would not. So we left approximately $300.00 worth of new purchases over a $20.00 return. This manager is brilliant! At that point we went to Macy's. Great job manager keep up the great customer service.

Found a really cute sports bra bathing suit top! Now I know to come here for bathing suit tops! My only problem was that they dint have my size in the bottoms for it. I couldn't let the top though, so I bought it. I found a different bottom and I think it looks better then the original. Could have been because it was a sale. But it didn't kill me so all good, no hard feelings!

I just wanted to acknowledge Donna M, Selling Bus Mgr in the Clinique make up department. I have not bought makeup in a very long time and have an important event to attend and wanted to get some advice on what to purchase. I was a little intimated by this task but Donna took the time to go over multiple products, apply them and advise on how to use properly in a kind, patient and humorous way, she was knowledgeable and wonderful and I thank her, Clinique and Dillards (Great Store) and she has now made this event easier for me to face. (no pun intended).
