Dillard's, Lake Wales FL

I'm grateful Dillard's is at this location. My oasis for nice clothes and shoes in the area! Great customer service!

I was disappointed in the lack of customer service today. We went into 5 departments and only one young lady offered to assist us. The other sales representatives were on their phone and in one department, the girl was eating.
The tables that held merchandise, were dusty and not clean a all.
Not the Dillards I remember.

Dillard is the last remaining anchor store in Eagle Ridge Mall. We. Had two encounters with sales people who were kind, friendly and helpful. Dillard is a local alternate to Macy’s which is now gone from Winter Haven. The store was very quiet with few shoppers with a good middle of the road brand and price offering.

Place is dead; its a shame, no store only thing is the bouncing house for the kids for a raining day,

Over priced with a terrible return policy. A gift given paid with debit should be able to refund as cash. I don't want to shop your extra over priced clothing with store credit. No one I know shops at Dillard's

Just a quick walkthru on my way to try to get a Mani Pedi! They were too busy to fit me in but I will be back! I haven't been in a Dillards since my Ashtabula Mall days but they are definitely still holding their own, where other major retailers have failed! I couldn't leave without something! So here are my new, VERY comfy Florida flip flops for "old" feet, lol

Nice friendly but even whats on sale its expensive. I don't know how this stores stay alive with amazon around

I always love going to Dillards! I usually hit the Home Goods section first, and the little kids clothing area next (or vice versa!), then I just wander wherever my eyes take me, enjoying all the beautiful ladies' clothing areas, then maybe look at the shoes, and purses, probably ALL of it before it's over with! So many pretty things, so little time! Not to worry, I'll be going again soon! That's a 5-star rating - - is that for me or the store? !

I am not sure what is wrong with this store? Maybe it is the inventory that never seems to change. Maybe because inventory in Lake Wales should be totally different than in big cities? Some things just feels off.

I don't at all like shopping so when I went in and told the associate I was looking for a navy blue bridesmaids dress for around $100 I was delighted when she took me straight to a couple options and the dressing rooms. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes with exactly what I needed. I am so grateful.

Pretty pricey stuff, but the staff is super friendly and helpful and they have a huge selection of clothes, accessories, etc.

Dillard's is the most over priced stoDillard's.and I can find good quality items else where and never set foot in a Dillards.

You have to scour the Men's clothing store for good deals and their website. They have a good selection of quality clothes and accessories.

Always being harassed by staff. Can never window shop, everytime you turn a corner there's someone else asking if you're looking for something or need help.

Gabby did an outstanding job on her makeover, and all the ladies in the cosmetic and perfume area were great, love Dillard's, please keep this one open!

I had a good experience here even though it’s in a, practically, deserted, mall. I thought the selection of dresses, clothes, and shoes were good. Staff was friendly. I found a dress and shoes for a wedding I’m going to, very, quick.

Good place to go get clothes. Clean and the workers were so nice here. Would recommend to anyone looking for a place for clothes.
