I do not recommend anyone send or do any paperwork with dime cuba, they are really liars and they deceive with their media on the networks, deliveries in Cuba are incomplete and they never give you an answer or refund your money

One year waiting for a shipment that never reached Cuba. More than a month waiting for a supposed explanation from the company. Now to make matters worse they don't answer the phone.worse impossible.

Terrible post-sale service, impossible to contact them by any means.astronomical prices with hidden information about the value of the delivery that, to tell the truth, should have been included in the value paid for the products with prices that range between five and six times what It is found in any supermarket in the world, but even that we can bear to get something to our relatives in such a difficult period. They have been waiting for the package for 3 months and they don't even call you to tell you what is happening with it. I have called 500 times and I can never get in touch with anyone.
